I'm confused. I have an older container that I bought on Amazon with a white top and bottom. It says This Container: Each pump delivers about 5.0mg Bio-Identical Estrogen....Directions: Use one pump daily or more as directed by a physician.My most recent container from Amazon with a silver top and bottom says This Container: Each dose equals 4 pumps. Each dose contains 5.0 Bio_Identical Estrogen...Directions:Use four pumps daily. Apply two pumps in the morning and two in the afternoon or evening.The front of the labels are the same except the older one is 3 oz, and the newer one is 3.6 oz. They both say each pump delivers 4000mcg Estriol, 1000mcg Estradiol. They both say two months supply.This also states: BIOLabs PRO All Natural Bioidentical Estriol 5.0 has the following features:✔5000mcg Bio-identical Estriol Per Dose! ... along with MSM, Shea Butter, Coconut Oil, Olive Oil, Aloe Vera and Lecithin.✔PROformance Cream optimized for maximum bioavailability.✔Made in the USA.✔Paraben, Phenoxyethanol, and sulfate free!✔Three Month + Supply at one pump per day suggested use.Both containers say 2 months supply on the front label.

Doesn't work at all. I tried two bottles, the older version, and this new one. Hot flashes came back part way through the first bottle, but I decided to give it one more go with this new formulation (4 pumps per dose instead of one). Doesn't work at all.

Noticed a difference almost immediately.

I'm trans and this has helped me so much! It gave me a jumpstart before while I was waiting for my appointment to start HRT; this + finasteride caused budding. Later, I stalled when I switched to injections. Turns out I needed a source of estrone (Powers method!). It also fixed that issue. I initially chose this because the previous listing had 16k 5-star reviews. Seems like it also really helped menopausal women that didn't want to pay insane amounts for similar prescriptions.I actually started with the 2.5mg / pump version, so I'm going to leave a similar review there.

I love this product, but this new bottle… I have serious issues. The dose IS NOT THE SAME. Not exactly sure how much I need to use to match the dose from the previous bottle. Been using this for a year now and the change is dramatic.

This hormone cream is the perfect combination to help me feel better!
