Makes my flat, old-school sneakers feel like modern athletic shoes
For various reasons, old-fashioned, rubber-toe, canvas lace-up sneakers are my go-to footwear for 90% of my days. The shoes are easy to find, somewhat reasonably priced, and have that great rock-n-roll aesthetic. What they don't have is the arch support or energy return (cushy bounce) of modern athletic shoes. These Run-Active Comfort insoles mostly solve that problem, turning my old-timey gym shoes into something more curved to fit my foot and more supportive for the plus size body my feet have to carry around.I can't say how these would perform in dress shoes - they might be a little too thick and crowd the shoe. I can't say what they would do inside an actual modern running or athletic shoe - again, it might be too much to shove in there and still have room for a foot. For the classic canvas low-tops that I'm wearing, they are perfect.Have put them in all my pairs and been wearing them daily for about 3 months now; definitely can feel the change in pain relief in my feet and better endurance when going on long walks. Definitely recommending these, even for us plus-side folks.

Relieved foot pain from using a walking pad treadmill
After using a walking pad treadmill (Trailviber) 30 minutes a day at 3 mph for a couple weeks, I noticed the soles of my feet were becoming sore when walking, especially the heels. Wearing running shoes didn't help, so I bought these to see if it would make a difference, which it definitely did. Incidentally, I'm very flat-footed but the little built-in arch doesn't bother me. I wear size 9.5 and needed to trim them to size 9 to fit snugly in my shoes. These insoles make walking and running so comfortable that I plan to buy them for every pair of shoes I regularly wear. Highly recommended.

Great inserts!
These inserts fit well in my wide NB shoes. They had more support in the arch than original inserts, it took me a day to get use to that, but are comfortable.

Replacement insoles
I recently purchased New Balance sneakers, and upon wearing the sneakers one time my feet hurt terribly. It is unfortunate these days sneakers lack support. I had purchased a generic brand of insoles but the arch was incorrect and they were too high and too wide. The Dr. Scholl's do fit and are not to high, too thick, or thin. I haven't worn the sneakers with the new insoles yet but think they may work for my foot problem. I have a significant bunion with pronation, metatarsal issues, and psoriatic arthritis foot pain and inflammation. In addition, the insoles did not fit in my Sketchers d'lite mules width wise, but fit in Sketchers premium sport wide width. I may get a pair for my slippers too.

Only Goes To Size 9
Tried finding the size, even asked the question. When the insoles arrived, they only show 8 as the highest size and not a full size 9 if that. But I am a 9.5 so while I do own one pair of shoes that these may work in, they are too short in the pair (size 42 Euro) I picked them up to extend the lifespan of. I am a huge fan of proper and supportive insoles when the the shoe is fine on the exterior but the mid or insole has failed. These will help if you are under size 9. I have worn them in boots and a pair of Merrell shoes which were causing plantar faceitis pain. Once these were installed, no pain at all. Very good if only I could find my right size.
