OFF! has been my go-to brand for bug spray for years, and it has yet to fail me. I purchased the 4 oz. bottle to keep in my small crossbody bag on my one-month trip to the Philippines. I should’ve bought three because one lasted me only two weeks (and that was a stretch). But aside from my misjudgment, this fragrance-free variation worked like a charm. I sprayed myself every 4 hours. The one time I waited too long to reapply it, I got bit, so it’s fair to say this stuff works. I saw some gnarly-looking bugs (i.e., the kind you only want to see on the National Geographic channel), and this bug spray kept them off of me. Plus, it’s truly fragrance-free, so it’s not bothersome to your sinuses or others. Because the climate was so hot and humid, I did feel it on my skin after a few hours, but it wasn’t terribly uncomfortable.I will definitely be bringing this with me on my future trips abroad. It’s effective, affordable, compact, and truly fragrance-free. If you don’t want to get bug bites, then you need this!**On a side note, if you’re traveling to the Philippines, it’s important to know that it’s hard to find 4oz bug spray. They mainly sell 1oz bottles, and if you happen to find the OFF! brand, you’ll pay a premium. I found a 1oz bottle of OFF! bug spray at a local supermarket for $5, so purchase them on Amazon beforehand to save money.**

Bought this product twice. First time to apply and go golfing without getting bitten up by the occasional black fly hatches that plague the area. Worked very well and felt like it wasn’t even there.Liked the first try so much, I rebought the twofer smaller bottles at a nice price to keep in both our golf bags. Score!

I read a similar review to mine; I'd like to repeat most of the points I suppose. This spray works good. Mosquitoes love me to pieces. I get bit at probably 10x the rate of people around me. I tried using natural herbal stuff and it just hasn't cut it whatsoever, so I saw this as a next-step up before I went straight to DEET. I still want to buy some DEET. That deep-woods DEET could get sprayed in one spot and the bugs go running.This worked well in that I don't think I was bit anywhere I managed to directly spray, but self-applying it led to some spots near my hairline, back of my thigh, and the backs of my shoulders that I just couldn't cover perfectly, especially as the bottle doesn't spray well upside-down. I was bit in all these places.That being said, if you have a companion with you, it's probably perfect!

I bought this to use on vacation as I didn’t want to bring a huge container of bug spray. Family friendly and the scent isn’t bad either. It did its job and kept the bugs away!

I use it for Pureto Rico trip. As long as I applied it on my skin, mosquitoes just stayed away from me. Highly recommended!

Picaridin is the superior, all-around bug spray. This won’t damage synthetic fabric, or plastic like Deet and has a non-greasy feel.Repels 90% of bugs in my experience-better than essential oils and very close to the efficacy of Deet.
