Love the chain, especially the ease of the clasp and the thickness - However be mindful that it may be faulty. I've purchased 3. The first lasted a pretty long time, but started getting discolored. I'm not sure if the quality changed with the more recent ones, but my nephew was tugging on one and the chain randomly broke later on so I thought it was due to the tugging. However a second one I have, it randomly just broke out of nowhere. No rhyme or reason. Thanks to another review, I realized there was a warranty. I wrote their customer service and they were very kind and gave me a one-time replacement.

It’s a very beautiful necklace, and I’ve only had it a week so I don’t know if it will tarnish. That saying, I have had the class come around to the front several times,(even though it’s guaranteed to stay in the back). The clap closes nicely, and it stays closed. The necklace has a very high shine to it. The size is a definite 20 inches long, which is what I asked for. So even though the clasp doesn’t stay in the back, I see no reason to send it back. For the price paid, this is a beautifully crafted necklace.

This is just exactly what I wanted and needed, /very high-quality and very pretty.

I got this chain like 4.5-5 months ago and liked that it didn’t rip my hair out like the one I was replacing, but then out of the blue, while I’m just sitting at my computer, my little charm falls into my lap - the chain just broke, like an inch away from the clasp, for some totally unknown reason. I wasn’t touching it, nothing. Very strange but also pretty upsetting since it’s only less than 6 months since I bought it…thankfully I don’t lose the little charm - a delicate moonstone charm which I bought identical ones for my daughters and would have been pissed if the chain breaking caused me to lose it.So just be careful, I guess…

I bought this chain about a year ago and wore it everyday unit it broke I was so upset but then remembered it came with a warranty. I emailed the company and they were very friendly and helpful, asked for my order number and info and then sent me a replacement wonderful customer service.
