Well made, quiet and smooth. Only using at 50 lbs. but working very well.

I got these to use as part of a hoist I'm building to get a ladder about 6 feet off the ground for storage. I'm using coated, steel-braided wire, much like you'd find with any weight system.These pulleys are well-made and high quality. The wheels spin very smoothly with no grabbing under load. I can't speak to the 550 lb load limit as the ladder only weighs about 40 lbs but the pulleys are handling that weight with ease.These are high-quality pulleys at a good price.

WOW! Cheap for what you get! Stainless steel, bearings, precision machined, smooth swivel, too! I attach these to the top of my antenna mast to raise and lower shortwave radio longwire antennas with rope and screen door springs.. WAY overbuilt for the application - but consider the bearings and size = durability.

I use these for plate loaded cable tricep push downs and lat pulldowns on a power tower. It's a patio gym in AZ, so there is exposure to some rain, a lot of dust and extreme heat.So far they've held up well. I haven't had much over 175 pounds on them, but they are sturdy and the rotation is clean and quiet.

So far works as described. Used this item on a homemade zipline with a yellow 1 in thick rope and even though the rope barely fits through it does really well rolling on it and we've been using it. So far its held of my weight, which I'm about 210lbs.

We got this for rehab exercises recommended by our PT. Works well in our exercise room with some paracord and a couple of 5-1/2" handles.
