Quality product at a very competitive price
Clear instructions, love the make-up mirror design on the top of the steamer, it really comes in handy, compared to many other facial steamer products on the market. My steamer gives me roughly 14 mins of steam which is just sufficient. Been using it for two weeks, didn't experience any issues, the whole device is a quality build, does not feel cheap at all. I also owned a more expensive Panasonic nano ionic facial steamer for several years until I lost it during a recent move, and that Panasonic one was roughly 2.5x the price of this. I can hardly tell the difference in terms of the steam quality between the two. If you are forcing me to be extremely picky and point out one drawback of this device, I would have to say the device is "a little chubby to hold" and I will not be able to grab it by just one hand, compared to the Panasonic nano ionic facial steamer where I can just carry it by its neck, which is much slimmer. So yes, you'll need to use both hands if you are carrying it, or when you are disposing water left at the bottom of the water inlet after each use. But all in all, this is a very competitive product on the market in terms of both the quality and the pricing. Buy it for yourself or gift it to someone you love, this won't let you down.

Keep OR Return?!?!?!
So I placed an order for this item March 1 and received it March 3; shipping is really fast! I wanted this to see if it will help with opening my pores and dead skin removal because I've been breaking out lately. I opened it earlier to give it a test (I did three test run with 15mim break in between). I did rinse out the water reservoir with a water bottle and refill with water bottle; I didn't use tap water because one of the review say not to. I liked that it's about 14min consistent steam and the flow is the same each time. The reservoir didn't want to come out each time I pushed down to extract it out; haooened the first time also new out of the box (I read other reviews that it does get stuck on them). It has a plastic smell as the steam is coming out on all three use (other reviews say the same thing; I don't know how to feel about this). After each use even after 10mins the water reservoir is still warm to the touch. I do however like the mirror it helps me see where the steam is hitting my face but I'm afraid it might break on me so I'm extra careful. The power cord position is a bit hard to put in to me. It's difficult to use around the forehead area I kinda have to tilt my head... not sure if safe to hold the steamer while in use so didn't. Pretty easy to power on and once it runs out of water the light flashes red. I don't think there's a off button but simply unplug it because I tried turning it off and it just change from red light to clear light. As of right now I'm debating to keep it or return it because of the plastic smell; it really does give me a headache smelling it.Oh also youll have to empty the water reservoir there is quiet a bit of water left in there!

I absolutely love my Okachi Gliya Nano Steamer
I absolutely love my Okachi Gliya Nano Steamer. I’ve been using it for about 3 weeks now (2-3 times a week) and my skin regimen has not changed but I feel a difference when washing my face (much easier to clean off my makeup) and my skin looks much hydrated in the morning. I was a little skeptical about purchasing it after seeing some reviews and trying to figure out which of the nano steamers would be a better fit for me. I’m so glad I picked the one with the large mirror on both sides. When not steaming, I keep the mirror in the closed position on my vanity stand. Always nice to have an extra mirror on hand. Prior to steaming, I wash my face and prepare to fill the water reservoir up to 60mL (it can hold up to 80mL) of distilled water. I lift the mirror and put a towel over head and hit the on button. The steam lasts for about 8-10mins. After steaming, I apply my pumpkin scrub to my face followed by my night time moisturizer before bed. After a few mins of cool down, I always empty out my water reservoir. I practice this routine about 2-3 times a week. Consistency is key to great results. There are so many other steamers to choose from but after some research and reading reviews, I decided this was perfect for me.

Small footprint and beautiful design features
I purchased this steamer for a couple of reasons. First, I really liked the small footprint and beautiful design features. When I received this item I was not disappointed as this is one slick steamer that you would barely know was a steamer. That means it can be left out and most likely used more often. The mirror is a neat feature although I really wish the flip side was magnified. I would have paid a few bucks more for that. The color is a silvery lavender which is pretty and somewhat neutral. Second, I believed from the reviews that I could get the steam I needed in order to perform a prefacial cleaning. For a compact machine, this baby packs a wallop. The steam is tight, fine, and steady. No spewing or bursts like some other steamers I have owned. Just perfect. I used distilled water as advised, however, you really do not need much since this is designed for efficiency. I will probably look into other products through this company after experiencing the quality of this item.

A NEW FAVORITE BEAUTY PRODUCT
I love this steamer. I bought another facial device recently and when I went to use it, the instructions said that I first needed to steam my face. I think I have an old steamer out in the garage somewhere, but if I could even find it I know it would be so old and not even sure it would work. So I looked around, read several reviews, and found the Okachi Gliya Nano Steamer and purchased it on Amazon. My first delay was that I had to go out and get distilled water (be sure you have distilled water when it arrives so you can use it right away), but once I got that and had a chance to use it - it's great. It's small enough to not take up a lot of counterspace real estate and it works like a charm. It's also nicely styled and I can leave it out where it will get lots of use. Think I'm going to go use it now.
