More than half the product missing (replaced)
Received shipment promptly and neatly packaged. Product description states 120 pieces and a pair of tweezers. I received 59 pieces and no tweezers. Where’s the rest????Edit: ordered a replacement through Amazon and not the manufacturer. The replacement came in entirely different packaging that is from the manufacturer while the first package I received came just wrapped in plastic with a warehouse sticker on it. Not sure if I was just shipped a return or what but the replacement had everything it should’ve came with the first time. Because of that hiccup I give it 4 stars. The product itself is fantastic. Adhesive on the foam is sticky enough to adhere to the steel plate build I used them on. Poron in my opinion gives the sound I like over EVA which very much is subjective. I will mention my build was on an older RK71 keyboard that is not hotswap. 3.5mm is spot on for the distance between the plate and the pcb. I only had an issue when I utilized 0.25mm Pe foam as a switch pad. I imagine if you don’t use a whole pcb pad like I did you won’t encounter the problem I had: the switches sat significantly higher off the pcb. Again this isn’t an issue of the Poron but because of what I used as a switch pad. Overall I would buy the modular foam again. Produced a warm tone to a rather hollow sounding keyboard.

Product could use some work.
Product material was excellent. When removing the foam you have to be careful and take you time otherwise you could rip them off the plastic sheet and not have the sticky side still attached. They are a little bit too thick on the edges to be honest. If the edges sides were thinner you could place them better but instead what happens is they are crammed and sometimes overlap when placing them down, and I believe me I took my damned time. Then because they are crammed the switches don't go down easily because the foam underneath is in the way. Maybe the hole size for the foams are wrong? No clue really but if you don't mind it looking messy as hell and having issues with putting the swtiches back in them go for it.

Works as intended but a bit too soft.
The poron dampener works as intended however I do find it easily tear off before actually peeling off the plastic backing compared to the ones found on KBDFans.

Consistent Quality and Performance
There isn't much to say about this, it's incredible. I ended up not having a use for it as I was surprised to find my new board came with some high quality custom poron. This is higher quality material than most keyboard kits come with, and comes nicely packaged along with a set of tweezers for placing them on your PCB/Plate.
