This machine will quickly make ice, so it serves the purpose it was purchased to provide very well. If you're looking for a way to produce ice quickly for a party, this is a very good choice! That being said, there are two things that could be better. First, the area where the ice is stored doesn't seem to stay all that cold, so by the time the ice basket fills, the ice on the bottom is already starting to melt. Since the ice is formed just over the freezing mark, it doesn't take long before you have a basket of half sized, wet, ice cubes. Second, when the ice dumps into the basket, it tends to pile up on the back of the basket and will trip the "ice full" sensor with space left in the basket. This relates to the first point, in that a half full basket of ice seems to melt faster than a full basket.

So a few pointers for this.1. Make ice BEFORE you need a bag. As it will take you all day to accumulate a bag of ice. I usually start making it and empty the basket all day into an ice bag. I believe they are 7 lb bags...2. Do not use this outside. It needs to be in a cool environment in order to make good sized ice. It will also melt quicker in the tray.3. Immediately remove ice from tray once its made because it will melt immediately regardless of it being in a cool environment or not. The ice maker basket is plastic and not insulated.

I sure love my little ice maker. I live in a small studio but I’m SO GLAD I made room for this cute, quick, NO FAIL ice maker...It’s 5 O’Clock in an instant, (OK 6 minutes)🥂

Awful! I literally cleaned it every week and it’s moldy!! I’ve ran vinegar through it and descaled it but nothing works! I cleaned it on Sunday, deep cleaned it, and today (Wednesday) there is black mold in my ice and water again! Annoying!!

I wanted so bad to like this Ice maker. I purchased it for our camper and thought for sure it would be perfect (or good enough) to get the job done and save us from buying ice every weekend. I used it the first time, read the manual (don’t forget to to this, there is a ton to know about this one) and followed all instructions. It would give me maybe 8-10 ice cubes that were partially melted in about 20 minutes. I tried using it again the next weekend thinking maybe it was a fluke because it was just unboxed and it did not make me even one cube. Once again I followed all the instructions to make sure it was the unit and not myself. I asked a friend to try it the next day and had her read the manual, she could not get it to make any ice either. I definitely chocked this one up as a loss. It was a good try though! It’s a cute mint/teal color and not too big.

I love this ice machine for the most part. It makes ice very quickly. However if transfering the ice to a bowl it is very liquid and will need an ice pick to break it. It's not a deal breaker for me. For the price it's much better than filling ice trays!

Do not purchase. I purchased this item less than 1 month ago and it’s already stopped making ice. It worked really well for the first week and then now it’s says add water when the tray is full and will not make ice. Also looked at the way the item is made and when the water is pumped up to the tray there is not a spout so get it to the tray where the ice is made so it runs down the inside and not in the ice tray. I attempted to glue a piece of straw to make a spout but when the tray dumps it breaks off the straw spout. I would not recommended this product to anyone ! A complete waist of money.

I love this. It works great as a supplement to just having ice trays. It does start producing ice quickly like advertised, but only a few at a time so don't expect a full glass of ice in 15 minutes. It takes a while to get a good amount. Also it doesn't keep the ice frozen indefinitely as it melts it re-cycles the water through to make more ice. I usually take the ice out and put it in the freezer. Overall it's very useful and really cute. And the cubes are so small you can add them to bottled water.
