I purchases a the new Fire11 tablet and was looking for a vehicle mount. There isn't anything specific for it and I found this one and decided to try it out. I initially installed the OHLPRO tablet holder on a vent clip type mount but as I suspected wasn't strong enough to hold the tablet away for the dash. I adapted it to a pole mount attached to the seat bracket bolt and it works awesome and allows me to move around. It has a base that is held by 4 screws. The adjustable support arms are not a flimsy plastic, nor is the adjustable brace that holds the support arms to the base. I'm using it for navigation while driving and for checking email and work assignment when stationary. Overall does exactly what I wanted.I have seen other reviews about the bounce and if mounted on a horizontal surface and extended straight out it will bounce in a vehicle. That quite a bit of weight on the end of the arm and not a problem specific to this product. The better way is to keep the mounting arm as vertical as possible and it works fine that way.

So far, this has been very durable. I got this so I can melt my iPad and use onX Offroad Maps. It jiggles a tiny bit, but that’s to be expected. I had to custom mount this on my dash which included drilling into the dashboard. This is not a universal fit unless you are willing to drill or screw into certain places. It feels very sturdy. The build quality is very nice. The value for the money is there. The vibration level is very low considering how heavy my iPad is.

I bought several of these for our delivery vehicles and they work great and are very sturdy! We go down a lot of bumpy back roads and most of the ones we have the tablet just shakes right out but these have held up well and stay in place!

Easy to use and mount, my 1st base broke, but contacted Amazon and they sent another out on exchange.I found another base made of aluminum and it was coated in rubber, so I use that one with the Bracket and it's all good and stable and holds my Galaxy tablet on the dash of my Freightliner with No issues at all.

Was looking for a solution to mount an iPad Pro overhead to record drum videos. Going straight to iPad, really streamlines my workflow since I can use an audio interface to record mixed and adjusted sound directly into the iPad while capturing video in 4k.Finding a solution that allowed me to mount an iPad on the ceiling gives me a great vantage point. The mount itself is pretty simple, with secure locking and adequate adjustment.Can’t speak to the durability since I just now received and deployed it, but it seems more than adequate for my needs.

Cheap plastic. No metal parts. It looks OK, but these items wear off very quickly. The claws are to short for my tablet (which is 5 cm thick).

I have a heavy duty truck and I installed on it and I can’t complain about it.

very cheap, plastic is not sturdy at all. I dont know if i would trust this with anything of significant value.it came with everything stated, but dont expect it to be strong or last long.
