works well for intended purpose - needed flexible, stretchy, very thin tape
I can't comment on how it works on skin. My wire framed sunglasses has the ear part that is plastic.. and there is a gap between the wire and the ear part and my hair gets caught in it, making it painful to take my sunglassess off since I end up yanking out few strands of hair every time. Previously I used the adhesive part of the waterproof flexible bandage to tape over the gap, but they weren't the right size, very difficult to handle due to odd shapes, don't stay on very securely because there was never enough area of the clear tape to make a proper seal. I bought this so I can cut it to size and wrap a very thin membrane over the gap and it works BEAUTIFULLY for this purpose. I believe there will be other uses where I need secure but thin profile tape that is flexible and stretchy.

Ostomy & PICC LINE
I have an ileostomy and a picc line. For my ostomy if I want to swim or get in the hot tub this is my go to. For my picc line I cover my picc after it’s been changed with this so it becomes waterproof so I can bathe but I still use aqua guards and a shower sleeve to be extra safe

Super good for sensitive skin
This stuff is a dream for those wearing CGMs. Holds my dexcom in place for the entire time but doesn't destroy my insanely sensative skin. I've even started using it as an under patch too, to keep the dexcom adhesive from giving me a reaction.

Tricky to figure out how to apply but works well
My spouse had two back incisions for an implanted medical device, one about 3 and the other about 6 inches long. We tried several different products to hold and waterproof several gauze pads to take a shower. We finally settled on this product. There is a slit on the back of the disposable part plus on each side which was tricky to figure out. The clear plastic film is very thin with a strong adhesive and is applied with the backing paper on. Must be applied to clean, dry skin to adhere. Must leave about 1 inch on all sides to adhere properly.Once applied the waterproofing was good, but the film would start to curl from the bottom iof the application on him where the skin was rubbing against the bedsheets so required daily reapplication. Try a test application first, and remove any parts that aren’t clear. Doesn’t come with instructions which would have helped. It seems all of these products apply in a similar fashion

Used for binding, gave me a bad rash
I originally left a good review for this because I was excited to have found something that would hopefully help prevent the blisters I get from binding with KT tape. But I had to delete it and write one about the horrible rash it gave me - one that hasn’t gone away despite the fact that it’s been a week since I removed it. I don’t like leaving negative reviews on things and this could solely be the fault of my sensitive, very stubborn skin and not the manufacturer but I would look elsewhere, especially if your skin is sensitive. The rash spread from just the area the tape was to my armpits and down the backs of my arms. It’s even started spreading to the sides of my stomach. I had it on for a little less than 24 hours until I noticed that there was a burning rash developing at the edges of the film. Now I have 3 or 4 open blisters and bumps down my arms that are showing small improvement with time and a lot of TLC. If this happens to you and you’ve gone to the reviews to see if anyone else had this problem - use colloidal oatmeal lotion (I use Eucerin) and Aquaphor after each shower you take and a couple more times throughout the day. If you bind with KT tape, instead of going straight for this to help with its blistering/itchiness, apply (sugar free, unscented) milk of magnesia to your chest and apply the KT tape after it dries. Lots of people do this and have found it to help - I’m going to start after this all heals up and I can bind again. Apparently some people are allergic to whatever they put in this to make it hypoallergenic. I hope this helps someone!!
