Works well, recommended.
This was used for my kid's 24" Huffy. Does not come with instructions. But it was pretty simple after watching a youtube video. Its been a few weeks and its still working. Shifting speed is standard, nothing special, its a direct replacement.

Works well, but may be missing parts.
I was replacing an old RD-TZ31-A derailleur that was broken. The new work works well and was fairly easy to install, except for a missing part. The direct attachment bolt (Shimano part Y5WS98020) was missing the plastic spacer. I used the spacer from the old derailleur, and it seems to be working okay.

Well priced replacement item
This item was a direct replacement on the wife's beach cruiser. It didn't have instructions but I didn't need them however if you do I suggest checking out YouTube. It had all the parts required for a replacement derailuer. It will need minor adjustments to be made for each specific bike for it to properly shift through all the gears. It's mostly made out of metal but I wouldn't call it heavy duty. For the price I feel it's worth it.
