Works great
The UP button for the driver's side seems to go out every four years on any of the ML430 switches that I own. I keep a spare in the car so I don't get stuck with a window down somewhere. Super easy to change. 5-10 min, just need a phillips screwdriver. There are some good YouTube videos on how to do this.

At least it fit
Ok, the unit fit in place beautifully. Worked great for 4 weeks. All the sudden only half of the unit will work. Now I only have 1 window up front and 1 in the back. Called customer service on my to be told I can not do any return or replacement of this unit. Very disappointed here, I had hoped it would have been backed up with at least a 90 day warranty. BUYER BEWARE!

Better than nothing.
Buttons are tight. The side mirror adjustment has a little play. Doesn’t stop when I depress so I have to keep pushing the button to get the mirrors how I like it. The button controlling the front passenger window opens the window completely at a slight push. Have to adjust the window on the closing motion. The window markings on the control panel doesn’t light up like original.

Easy to Install
We live in Arizona. Did not want to get stuck with a drivers window that wouldn't open property. My husband determined that it was easier to replace whole electric panel under the pretty cover, after watching a You Tube video on how to fix this for our specific vehicle. Pleased to see Amazon had the part. Arrived quickly, easy to install, works great. Happy, happy.

Quit working
Ordered on may 26 2017 and quit working a couple of months ago, seller posted out of stock and not sure when or if it would be in stock when I checked, Now that they have them again I guess I will have to order another on and return the first one.
