Great for travel/long battery life, great size, universal outlet. Highly recommend
I love the fact the Snugell’s CPAP battery includes a universal 110V power outlet as well as several USB ports. I was able to power my CPAP machine without any special cables or adaptors, as well as my iPad - all night - and still had 40% charge remaining the next morning (I turned off the heated tubing as well as the exhalation pressure relief and humidifier). It’s very lightweight so I can easily take it in my carry-on while on business trips.

Junk
I was really expecting a answer to needing a CPAP & being able to go camping with my family. Didn't happen first night it quit working after 3 hours. I thought maybe it didn't charge fully so tried again the second night after making sure it was fully charged. Didn't work 2 hours into the night I woke up gasping for air. Very disappointed!!! I will be returning it.

Mine only worked for 2 hours.
Didn’t last long enough for sleeping all night. My Cpap shut off in 2 hours.

Highly satisfied
I have used my Snugell1000 CPAP battery with my ResMed AirSense 11 CPAP for two consecutive nights while camping in North Carolina. I’m well impressed with its power efficiency and ease of use. I had a chance to charge my cellphone simultaneously in the USB port, and also used the built-in flashlight a couple of times to search for things inside my tent. Great product and I’m glad I found it!

Do not buy!!!
Purchased this to replace my previous CPAP backup battery. This thing after being fully charged would only last 4 hours. Not worth the price or the pieces used to put it together.

As long as you understand that you are paying a premium for portability this works as promised.
You are also paying for convenience. Both portability and convenience are costly when compared to your other available options. There are battery backups available. Your device stays plugged into the battery backup and the battery backup is plugged into the electric socket. In the event of a power surge or failure, the device is powered by the battery and never misses a beat. Battery backups are an immediate, sort term solution to power failures.I keep battery backups on my computer, modem and router, power chairs, the TV, and various other delicate electronics. Amazon makes very good battery backups ranging from 400 to 800 watts. Their average lifespan is about 3 years. Mine are still going strong well into their 3rd year.Power supplies will power your device for hours to days, but they have to be unplugged and turned on in order to power up. Then you plug your device directly into them.(Recently, the Texas power grid shut down during an ice storm and some people were without power for up to 3 weeks. I make sure I have enough fully charged power banks on hand to keep my mom’s oxygen machine running in the event of another catastrophic power failure. A gas generator is not an option in my area.)This device is much smaller than most battery backups and most power banks. It is also both devices in one small, convenient package. It’s cost currently is around $300 for 65 watts of power that will last for about 600 recharges. (Less than 2 years). It promises to power your CPAP machine for 10-15 hours on a charge.Currently, Amazon’s 400-watt battery backup sells for around $50 and lasts for about 3 years.Amazon’s 800-watt battery backup sells for around $100 and would power your CPAP machine for longer than the 400-watt would.A good power bank would be another $100 to $150 and would also be expected to last 3 plus years.Depending on your choice of power bank, it would run your CPAP machine for hours. But, in order to do the job this power bank/battery backup does you would need both devices. If your CPAP machine never leaves your bedside, the two devices are a better value and will last longer. You also have two devices to rely on rather than only one. Should one not work, you have the other. Now, if you travel with your CPAP machine then this electronic device is the way to go. It is small, portable, and reliable. We were recently under multiple tornado warnings. I grabbed this device, ran to my neighbor’s, shoved us both into an inner closet, and plugged her portable oxygen machine into this device. It was a quick, immediate solution to a dangerous situation. “Portability and convenience…” Costly, but certainly helpful when needed.

It only ran my CPAP for 2 or 3 hours
A CPAP battery that doesn't make it through the bulk of the night is worthless. I used it with a ResMed Air 10.I charged the unit for about 2 days prior to using (it never showed 4 bars). I ran my CPAP, no humidity, no heat... I don't know what my pressure is but it can't be THAT much.I woke up gasping for air in the middle of the night. The battery had run out.

Definitely would not recommend using this with a CPAP. The battery lasted about 5 hours, not 8.
Charges quickly. Three USB ports, plus light and AC outlet. Does not adequately support CPAP for full night's sleep.
