Missing pieces and no directions.
I’m annoyed. I went to repair my drawer, and as I laid out the pieces, some were missing. Also, there were zero instructions for a beginner like me. Now I have to return this and WAIT for another one, from a different seller. I wanted to complete this project TODAY.
