The screws that are on top of the steel intake should be better painted or something two nights out in the rain and they got rusted

It will not fit flush because of bolts. You will need to drill your pavers so bolts drop down of you want it to fit flush.Or weld it and remove bolts. The gauge of steel is pretty thin but acceptable. I’m going to scorch this one for a yearthen take to a fab shop and make a better one welded from this ones layout. I like that it’s 10” deep and to be fairthe assembly method is so they can ship in a flat box just wish they had thought about the corner fasteners better.

I got this and built a fire pit as a birthday present. It’s sturdy, withstands heat well and looks good.

I have to say that this is a very sturdy pit ring. It was a little hard to get the holes to line up to put in the screws and the directions didn't help with that. Besides that, I'm impressed with this product.

Assembly instructions and THEIR OWN assembly video show nuts and washers under the lip. This means the liner will sit on the bolts, will not sit flush. Looks like crap.All photos after the product photos of the listing show assembled the other way with nuts and bolts on top of lip with looks equally like trash but that is the only way to get it to sit flush.Would not have purchased if I realize it will not sit flush with lip of fire pit.Too heavy and too much of a bother to disassemble and send back.DO NOT BUY IF WANT IT TO SIT FLUSH ON YOUR PIT.EDIT - Reduced from 2 Stars to 1 Star (would mark as 0 stars if I could)- I used this for ONE fire. All 4 sides bowed in enough that you can see it. More than half of the coating has oxidized / rusted already.I cannot recommend this to anyone. It looks okay out of the box, then you have to flip the screws over so it will sit flush and it doenst look clean, and then after you use if for a FIRE, it fails on the first try.

I ordered this with the intent to do the masonry work myself. Well, you know how that goes. It was very easy to assemble in prep for the masonry work. Just had a brick layer come out last week and lay molded stone that looks way more expensive than it was from Lowe's. It looks soooo good. Had an oyster roast last night and the fire pit was a big hit My grandkids and their cousins roasted marshmellows , hot dogs and made smores. I couldn't be more happy with the final result.

Gave this 5 stars overall for paint, build and ease of assembly. I purchased even though a bit pricey but it was prime delivery and needed it for an inspection. Initially the delivery was delayed but the shipper did get it here under a prime shipping timeline so I was happy
