Tldr on each.Tl;dr: Decent expectations, but check stock images yourself for reality.After actually checking carnelian images myself (and realizing it's basically red chalcedony with some variations in the compound sediment between quartz to volcanic sediment) I got about the size and quality I expected, save for 2 incredible pieces I want to leave displayed as they are in my recharging station, but the rest are sizes and patterns I can work with.*For the meh: There's not much protection and generally it's a gamble with chalcedony.There are probably 3-4 just basic red stones with dark patches, only 1 worth cutting into like this; as the center is clear. The others would simply be turned into pocket stones or for the office, but still usable.*Value: Decent to GoodIn total it's about 16 pieces ranging in sizes from chips at the top (not counted) and usable pieces for cabbing at .25"x1" with the second row being approx .5"x.5" down to a 1x2.There are 3 chips from cool pieces in the top left corner, but the chips can be used also.*Image quality: unwashed. Still cool.I photographed these unwashed, right out of the bag; but most interesting side facing up. I got what I expected, with some that are even better.

I'm not an expert at rocks so i have no idea the actual value of what i received. However I am 100% satisfied, there was a good variety in types of rocks, and the size of each was great, (maybe a little smaller than a ping pong ball) so i'm very happy and will buy again.

Noticed my kid ordered this on my Amazon account. Looked around for a couple days trying to figure out why she would buy rocks. There are tons of it out side in the yard. She said something about cleaning them in a tumbler. What does that even mean. So after 3 days making a racket of noise in the garage in a mini washing machine, the rocks come out all different colors. And, I’m like, wow, OK. I seen these at casino gift shops in Vegas. I guess it’s cool. Still have no idea why she paid for this. But it is what it is, I guess.

These are some nice-looking rocks with beautiful character!

What I thought I was getting: 15+ crystals of varying sizes, mostly small so I ordered with .7 ounce jars to make them into cool party favors.What I actually got: 8 larger crystals all over 1.5” that wouldn’t fit in the jars. The average size is on the large size, the quality of 4 of them is low, I mean really the largest is lame clear quartz and the smallest is a low quality amethyst. These don’t feel like $1+ crystals in any way, so I’m rating low on value. I will try to salvage the situation by using a rock hammer to make them into smaller pieces, but I will have to order a second set of cooler and more uniform rocks to complete my favor project and I’m way over budget due to purchasing these crappy ones. I have regrets.Recommendation to seller: be more uniform in size and quantity so people know what they’re getting. I’m not impressed by the ambiguous product description; people want to know what they’re going to get and looking at all the pictures it is clear this product varies too widely!

This is my second order from this vendor. I was very pleased (you can see my 1st review below) and so I wanted to try again to see if they are consistent and to try and get new crystals which they were and I got new stones :)They are exactly what I was hoping for. They are a nice size and I got a few new stones/crystals I haven't seen before. Very happy with my purchase. I will be using them again :)

Not all are pretty but seem to absorb some bad energy anyway.
