Amazing vacuum! You HAVE to get one!
This robot is a life saver. I can spray off the filters and rinse the interior is less than 10 minutes so it's ready to go back in the pool for another 3 hours of vacuuming. I'm still amazed that it actually climbs the walls while scrubbing the tile. I do not regret this purchase at all.

Overall great value cleaner/ Update Beware of this companies customer service!!!
Update... I originally rated this product with 4 stars however after the horrible customer service I received from the manufacturer I have downgraded the rating to 1 star. The ORCA 2000 was a very good cleaner while it worked. That being said it stopped working while still under the manufacturers warranty. The company (Aiper) had no way to repair or replace it saying it was discontinued... Instead of just refunding my money when they couldn't honor the warranty they offered a refurbished cordless model (The Seagull Pro) which sells regularly for $600 less than what I paid for the corded more powerful ORCA 2000 which was their flagship model in 2022 when I purchased it. They called that cheaper less powerful model an upgrade... I pointed out the disparity in price, power, and function so they extended the warranty on my original model for an additional 3 months (The warranty they couldn't honor!)After receiving the Seagull Pro and trying to use it I notified them that it was an inadequate replacement mainly because even with the pool turned off it gets stuck on the pool drains and just circles on the drains until it needs to be recharged ( a task that is required after every use) When I attempted to return the Seagull Pro and get a refund on the ORCA 2000 since they had nothing comparable the company wanted to pro-rate the refund as if the item was a used tire. So basically they took my purchase price and divided it by 24 and only wanted to refund the 9 months left under the manufacturers warranty (Yes the same one they had no way to honor) I went back and fourth with them via email several days explaining how repair or replace meant repair or replace with a comparable product and all I got was multiple emails in response continuing to offer me insultingly low refunds compared to what I paid. The whole time I made it clear I would be happy to have the original model I sent in for repair back but they couldn't even do that. Do not give this company your money! They are not serious about customer service! Did I mention that the Seagull Pro will not climb over pool drains without getting stuck? Aiper said it wasn't designed for that! As far as I know most pools have the same drains so unless you want to babysit your cleaner every time you use it don't buy the Seagull Pro!

Absolutely love it. Makes life much easier.
We use this cleaner for our in ground vinyl liner pool. It does a great job. All our corners are 90 degrees so it doesn’t always climb up the wall but we haven’t tried the foam blocks yet. It does climb the Slope with ease. We live in a dirt area so we have to clean it often but it gets even the finest silt and any lizards that happen to get in also.

Seems good out of box but...
I opened the box, noticed a pungent smell. Luckily i did not find any dead rodents. I also noticed the rubber rollers, where I am pointing was wet upon opening. Regardless, I set it up and put it in the pool. It did start up and cleaned the pool well. I will have to get used to the remote control someday. After a month of usage, I will add to the review.

I Love MY Pool Robot
Best purchase I've made in years. Works like a charm. My pool stays spotless thanks to this Robot. It is so easy to manage and clean. More time to relax as it does all the work.

Love having a pool robot, just hate this robot...
This is my very first pool robot and I've started my 2nd season into ownership. What I like:* It sucks!! It does a very good job at picking up debris in the pool as well as crawling up the walls and getting the water line cleaned up.* The cord does not get tangled. As long as you store the device away properly which includes giving a little love to the power cord, you shouldn't run into problems with the cord being an issue* The included remote is super handy. My robot always seems to finish in the middle of the pool, and I can use the remote to bring the little guy to me so I can pull it out of the water. It even helps that it can climb the walls, makes it easier to pull it out, as long as you send the front up ;)* Has done a very good job at getting all around my pool, and not getting focused in one area. This has helped keep my sand filter cleaner, requiring less backwash, hence allowing to maintain chemical balance longer.* It operates in a wider PH range than others (including other Aipers). 7.0 ~ 7.8 (the newer Seagull Pro only offers a range of 7.0 ~ 7.4).* It can also sink to 10ft (my pool goes to 9ft). A found that a few others didn't have a depth rating that low. What I HATE about the robot;* It Sucks when you need to clean it. All of the debris gets left into the "main chamber" of the robot, which requires you lugging the entire unit away from the pool for cleaning. There is also nothing built into the unit to help you lean it on its sides (or any direction) to help with the cleaning. Ideally you need to angle it so when you spray it with a hose, the force of the water flow "flushes" out the bad stuff. Unless you can secure it over your head upside down, you will still need to get your hands in there to remove the junk.* The bag filters are just a hassle to deal with.* The battery door on the remote would not latch, needed to secure with painters tape!* getting support from Aiper is sketchy. When I acquired this unit last year, one of the filter bags was completely ripped & one of the filters chassis were cracked. When I reached out to Aiper, they said they had no stock at the time but would offer me a partial refund while we wait for the parts to get into stock. Spoiler, still haven't been reached out to for the parts. When you go to Aiper's website, they no longer list this model and when I go to support, I can't seem to find anything specific to my model (including the forum).Things that I wish the product would offer;* I was told by others who have pools, never buy a pool robot that comes with filter bags. Something like the Dolphin Proteus DX4 (B083YWJ5PQ), where it's a filter caddy and you pull that out to clean the debris out is a lot more idea.* I wish this had some sort of Wi-Fi capability. While I have not had a problem with the cord getting tangled, I have come out on some occasions to find the robot in an odd stuck position just spinning its wheels going nowhere. I have had hours wasted with this thing sucking down power going nowhere. The idea of Wi-Fi, I'm hoping I could get notified on my phone "help me, I'm stuck". As this is a wired unit, there is a large out of the pool controller you need to engage with, this is where the Wi-Fi aspect could live.* Offered a storage caddy. Not only would a caddy (on wheels) allow for easier transporting of the robot from pool to storage, or vice versa, it would also protect the robot from sitting on the ground. I have it on a few blocks to prevent the weight of the robot from pushing down on the rubber tracks against the concrete floor. What is really bad, is that all of these robots cost a lot of money. So it's not like I'm looking to replace this each year with a newer model. For now, it is working, and, in the event, it fails to work, and I can't repair it, I will most certainly look at a product that offers a removable caddy to clean it out vs having to deal with filter bags.
