Perfect , 10 inch queen size , 5 star hotel quality
Bought it 5 years back. 10 inch, queen size. I am very heavy, 100 kg plus. It's perfectly balanced, not too stiff, not too soft. Takes my weight nicely. On the side, my wife doesn't feel much of my movement, because of pocket spring. I would recommend this product for everyone.

Bad experience
Bought this in May 2019 from the store (not Amazon). The mattress is collapsing on the sides and there is a lump in the Center. Went back to the shop (2 1/2 yrs later) and they didn’t want to give me an invoice copy. Reached out to their support and they’re charging me 8.000 repair costs blaming us for the damage. So much for 8 yr warranty.
