Great toy!
This is a great toy gun addition for my 11 year old son's collection. The removable hand gun was a great surprise for him and he loves that option. When shooting, it releases the shell, but shoots the foam (plastic tip) interior. You absolutely can load it with the shell only, so no projectile will be released. The adults in the house found it a joy to play with as well. Great gift idea

This no far shooter and is weak but you get what you pay for
This I got purely for the shell ejectionThe foam darts do shoot but no further then 10 feet and has 3 magazines. If you just want a weak blaster for kids and want the shell ejection. Sure this is fine if you want to bring something to a kid gun fight you might want to look elsewhere. <3

Came Broken
My 8 year old asked Santa in person for a "reloadable toy gun, that could really shoot AND looks like a rifle." He has just about every nurf gun out there and last year for Christmas he got a really cool AK that made the sounds but didn't shoot or reload. Needless to say I thought I'd never find what he was describing.Then I found this. Exactly what he wanted, down to every detail. And the whole idea of putting the bullets together himself was an added bonus.When he saw it on Christmas morning his whole face lit up. He had lots of other presents to open but insisted we get thing together asap so he could try it out.Turns out a tiny little plastic piece that's needed to actually shoot the gun was broken. He was bummed, as was I. I tried reaching out to the company but was ignored so after giving them over 3 weeks to get back with me on a replacement, I decided I'd leave my review now.Also note that my son still thinks it's cool and plays pretend with it but it doesn't shoot so I'm upset that I paid that much for a gun that just looks cool. 😒 Really wish we could just trade it for a not broken one but it is what it is.

Weak
Everything works great on it except it is so weak that you can shoot a fall over target from 2 feet away and the target won't move or register the shot to keep track of points so its cool but not practical for use on anything

Son loved it.
My son found this on Amazon and wanted. My mother got it for him for Christmas. He loves how there's. Hand gun inside of it. My cousin now wants one.

Best Customer Service
Not only was this an amazing product, I was blown away, no pun intended, by the amazing customer service! The first product was only missing the 3rd magazine. I just asked for the 3rd mag and they responded so fast sending me a whole new one. Best product I’ve purchased in a while.

Really cool toy gun!
My son loved that you could modify it and the fact that the shells pop out after shooting! Well made and definitely worth the price!
