Very handy for projects
I have used these several times since I purchased about a year ago. They work well for elevating projects to paint. They don’t show any signs of deterioration yet and some have had paint on them since the day I got them. They are worth the small investment to make your projects look better and easier to paint. I’ve used them on a lazy Susan and as long as you turn slowly your project stays elevated for easier painting.

Sure beats using scrap lumber... just be sure to get enough!
These are really helpful if pretreating, staining, and poly-coating cabinet drawers. They are a great alternative to using scrap lumber to get a workpiece off the table. I used them when staining cabinet drawers I built for the workshop. I wasn't overly concerned with aesthetics so I painted both sides of the drawers at once to save time, which was a mistake. While the tips are nice and pointy and there are screw holes to secure the stands to a table, the wet workpieces slid around on the points. Yup! I should have waited for the first side to fully dry... that's on me! It also didn't help that I was using a paint brush for application (vs. a sprayer). And while I was very careful to apply minimal pressure, the stands still left marks and buildup as shown in the pics. So given my impatience I had some additional sanding to do.The stands cleaned up easily when I was done and the oil polyurethane just scratched off (no need for mineral spirits). The only other issue I had was not having enough stands for 3 drawers... 3 drawers = 15 drawer parts (don't forget the bottoms), so I actually should have purchased a total of 60 stands in order to put 4 under each component. The 56 pack just wasn't enough for me. Guess I'll have to order a few more for bigger projects. Ha! Overall a helpful product and I'll never go back to scrap wood.

Worked for me
Worked great for refinishing cabinet doors. They do slide around a little, but there’s holes in the base that you can nail down if you want to. Quite sturdy and didn’t leave any marks.

Great tool for Cabinet painting project
I'm so glad I purchased these. We are painting all of our kitchen, hallway, and bathroom cabinets and I can't imagine being able to put a quality coat of paint on the doors without these. The only downside was that there were a few days where it was really warm so the holes at the top of the triangle left tiny little circle indents in some of the cabinets. Solution was just to paint the back sides first, let the paint dry/cure for an extra day before flipping them to paint the opposite side. And honestly, if you're not looking for the mark, you won't notice it. Especially if it's inside the cabinet. The larger quantity was perfect for a large scope project like this. I was able to get a lot done at one time. The only trouble was finding enough room to lay everything out.

Surprisingly Useful
These little things are a surprisingly handy thing to have around. I bought them for a specific paint job, but I’ve seen my husband use them on several occasions.

Great for DIYs
You need these for your next DIY project. We did the first layer of paint without these since they were in the mail and had majors drips off the edges that we had to sand down. Adding the risers made a huge difference and even sped up the process.High quality and sturdy plastic, best price for this number of units.
