Don't spoil a ship for a hap'worth of tar
It's pretty. I like the colour options (not tried them all due to lack of battery) - BUT...for the money I would expect a battery to be included with the remote control. Don't spoil the ship for a ha'pworth of tar we say around here. Also, erecting the lamp is reasonably straight forward, BUT it's not easy to get the outer 'fabric' stretched to look like it does in the pictures. I'm just me - no second helping-hand - you really need one very very strong-handed person, or two people to get it looking really good.

Cool addition to my den
If you need mood lighting in your den and don't have wall lights then this is the way to go.It a standard looking standing lamp that sits unassumingly in the corner of the room until turned on, then i can control it with my phone and adjust it to exactly what i'm watching on a film, or playing darts etc. Red for a horror movie, dark green for darts to give pub feel, and even multi coloured for when i'm gaming away.Setting it up is ridiculously easy it takes a minute or so, then just connect to the app to have complete control over colours or music sync.Overall, it looks great, adds to the feeling of the room and works every time so is perfect for me.

A classy, colourful lamp and smart to boot.
One of my favourite purchases from Amazon, this lamp creates a great, mood enhancing atmosphere, I find.Takes a bit of assembly but it's not difficult. Just take your time and wrap the strip light around the pole securely. The cloth fabric is of decent quality and allows plenty of colourful light through it. It can be controlled via Alexa, bluetooth or remote but I use the app. Easy to use and countless different effects are available. The base is sturdy is keeps everything stable.Looks classy and I reckon it's good value. Recommended.

A cheap shade made of plastic/ paper some companies use for wrapping and creased beyond words.
