Living in Scotland the powers to be have decreed that connect alarms must be fitted by February. Saw these online at a good price so bought them. Small package arrived, alarms bells started to ring, I had order a pack of 3, opened package and there was 3 detectors in the box. Very neat, very nice. Fitted to the roof in 3 locations using the screws and raw plugs supplied. Set up on a tables using the instrucions supplied and then fitted to the ceiling in each room, doddle. Why are people paying hundreds of pounds when you can get these brilliant detectors for way less than a hundered. One of my best buys.

Printed instructions are a bit difficult to follow, but the detectors self link after one press on their button.

I did have to read the instructions and watch the installation video they provide on their Amazon page, so they're not exactly 'intuitive' to set up. But providing you follow the instructions carefully and are prepared to take your time to ensure they're all linked properly they do exactly what they're meant to. If you're capable of setting an old-fashioned digital watch with the "hold button to edit, then press once to set date, press twice to set time, hold again to confirm settings' kind of thing, you'll be fine with these.My wife's so much happier we have these installed now, and we test them every week to make sure they're still properly connected and 'talking' to each other - which they always are.Overall, I'd be happy to recommend these to anyone, and if anything went wrong with mine I'd buy them again in a second.

I was impressed with the price and design and fitting however after three months one of the smoke detectors started sounding an alarm for no reason. I cleaned the outer casing and three days later the alarm started sounding again. There is no help in the uUk and you have to email China! The alarm is fitted 19nfeet high so it's not easy to fix and remove. Amazon didn't understand the law required us to have smoke detectors in Scotland. The easy thing for us all is to have a replacement sent but this wasn't possible until we returned the existing package! We ended up ordering a new set from a company With UK support but this cost us another 12.00 GBP

This system is easy to install saving us money and battery life of 10 years is a great advantage

Seems like a good product - very easy to install.

Wanted to update the fire alarms in the house, so got this triple set, heat alarm in kitchen and the other 2 in the hall ways, all three came pre linked, just walked around with the mounting trays, drilled holes and used the supplied plugs and a screws and then installed the units itself, all done in 20 minutes... Tested them, press one the rest went of with a second delay to each. Loud and annoying.
