Great ice pack - the velcro strap helps to keep it in place well, so I can use it to give full coverage to my hip, shoulder or knee. The plastic quality is good & thick, and doesn't feel like it will puncture easily. The casing helps to keep it cold even longer and eliminates the need for a towel to wrap around the cold ice pack against your skin. Only wish I would have ordered it with a 2-pack of ice packs instead of one! Happy with product.

BEST ice pack's I have ever used or bought. They stay cold for a very long time and stay in the pack when using them, and are easy to get in and out. The size is not too small or not too large. If you need good Ice pack's, these are awesome! Very well made & high quality.

I injured my knee, so the shape of this product with the strap to hold it in place is perfect! I have had no issues with the ice packs leaking or bursting, and I have been icing my knee at least 3x a day for the past month. The ice packs stay cold long enough to get a good icing session done. The only negative aspect is that the top and side of the cloth ice pack holder is coming apart. If the manufacturer just added some extra stitches on the top corners, there would be no issues. Other than that, I recommend this product!

These ice packs work great! They're a convenient size so it's easy to place them where you need them. Nice to have a pack of 2 so when one is no longer cold enough, you can put it back in the freezer to refreeze and pull the other one out.

These are excellent gel ice packs. Freeze quickly. Flexible while frozen. They stay cold a long time. Highly recommend. Have not tried the heat option.

Used these as a wrap for my fractured ribs. Stayed cold, comfortable and helped me so much with the pain.

I just had my appendix removed, and really need to ice the area. So I'm looking for something that will hold up the ice packs. This sounded good, being a large double ice wrap, and for some reason, I thought the strap would be a bit longer as well...but no, the strap stays the same, only the container of the ice got bigger. Oh well.
