Great quality glutamine! Mixes easily, no taste, perfect with protein shakes. Really helps with muscle recovery and gut support. Definitely a staple in my supplement stack. 💪

Its good value for money, much better than capsules. The taste is not bad, but you will want to add something sweet for a full dose. The only donwside is that it takes too long to open and close the cap, jsut wasting time especially when you dividing your dose to multiple times a day. They can defintely improve this.

Used glutamine for 20 years ,do break from it every so ofter. This brand is as good as any , aids recovery, just scoop into some natural whey and you'll be ready to go again tomorrow!

Bought a few Warrior sports supplements now and this is great. I got the unflavoured version so could mix it with milk or water or squash/water.
