This is the real deal (Please Read)
I originally bought this for my mom's SEVERELY cracked, sore feet. Let me just say that this cream is legit - coming from a skin care guru. This is the only topical cream ever to make any kind of difference on her feet (no exaggeration). I have several skin issues myself; acne, keratosis pilaris, dry cracked skin, eczema...etc and this cream has made a tremendous difference in all of these problems, including my acne, yes my ACNE. *IMPORTANT TIP* I truly believe to reap the benefits of this cream, you must apply it to freshly washed skin.1. DRY CRACKED FEET - At night, shower to soften skin on heels, scrub bottom of feet with pumice stone. Right out of the shower, dry feet and apply cream and then put gel-heel socks on and go to bed with them. These socks really help to assist in the absorption of the cream. Once a week soak your feet for about 10 min in warm water with white vinegar then use a callus softener and callus shaver/grader on the softened skin on the heels, follow w/the application of the urea cream+socks and I can guarantee you will see and feel a major difference the morning after.2. ACNE - I can hear people now..saying, "you put that on your face?!" Yes! I put this cream on my face! Without writing a book, I will just say, non comedogenic or not, this cream has helped to clear my acneic skin. Most people with acne believe the last thing they need is to put a thick moisturizing cream on their face, but somehow Urea has balanced my angry skin incredibly well. Bonus - this cream allows you to use acne fighting ingredients like (benzoyl peroxide, retinols, salicylic acid etc) without the irritation or dryness! This is because Urea is a keratolytic (slight exfoliant) as well as an AMAZING moisturizer and product booster (makes skin more permeable which allows better penetration of other products). How I use it for my face: I mix 2-3 drops of Organic Rosehip Oil with the 40% Urea before I apply it to my freshly cleansed face. I recommend starting out with a tiny bit and mixing it with your favorite face moisturizer to see how you skin responds. Give it at least 4 days to see any kind of change.3. DRY PATCHES ON SKIN - I cannot stress this enough, apply this cream right out of the shower! Skin is softer, pores are open, absorption is better. You can even use this cream on texture/tone problem areas, my mom has mature skin (in her 60s) and she started applying the cream under her eyes, she swears by it.4. TOENAIL FUNGUS - There is a whole regimen we follow for using this in conjunction with a toenail fungus treatment, but I will keep this section short. IF YOU HAVE TOENAIL FUNGUS, apply a tiny bit of this cream to your nails at night and wash nails in the morning, THEN use your Fungal treatment. Urea will help whatever fungal treatment your're using to absorb into the nail matrix. We started using this on my grandmother's toenails about 3 weeks ago and while she has a long way to go, her nail color has actually come back to a normal color (nail color is no longer opaque), although we are still working on the nail thickness.

I am happy to see that my feet look and feel better ...
I have been using this cream on my feet daily for about 3 months now. I am a nurse and I am on my feet constantly. I have had calluses on my feet forever, probably from years of wearing pooly fitting dress shoes when I was young woman. Growing up barefoot as a child in the country didn't help my feet much either, I am sure! I have been giving my feet some much deserved attention as of late due to the fact that I am in my 50's now and being on my feet long days takes a toll on them. Along with using Open Naturals 40% urea cream every night prior to bed, I have been soaking my feet in a foot tub of epsom salt water once weekly. Immediately after soaking, I use a pumice stone to gently remove any callous that has softened. After 3 months of diligently following this routine, I am happy to see that my feet look and feel better than they have in years. I have to stress though that it is only after following this routine faithfully that I have seen these good results. This cream isn't a "miracle serum" as some might make you believe. It takes more than a few days to see results. It is a very nice, rich moisture cream with the addition of urea which, when used daily, is effective in eliminating calluses. Additionally, I have discovered that it is effective in eliminating warts! Only after I started this foot routine did I realize that I had three warts in between two of my toes. They gradually dissipated and today they are gone which is a big relief! I contribute that to the additional ingredient of tea tree oil which it also contains. The cream does dry with a chalky type residue but I always wash my feet first thing in the morning so it doesn't bother me at all. As a consumer and as a healthcare provider, I definitely give this product two thumbs up!

Great stuff- cleared up itchy dry knees!
I got this for my husband that has eczema or psoriasis on his knees. He works on his knees frequently doing all sorts of mechanical repairs. He would scratch and scratch them until they bled. My sister in law who is a doctor recommended he try this as it changes the PH of your skin. He has been using this for a month or so and it is working great! No more bleeding and constantly scratching. You do need to use this EVERY day for it to work properly. It does leave a bit of a white pasty film on the skin after you apply it. I did a little research on urea cream and learned that you also need to add another deep moisturizer after applying this for it to work best.I have tried it on my callused heels and it works very well. I also regularly scrub them with a pumice stone in the shower and get a pedicure every 2-3 months.

BEST WORKING CREAM OUT THERE (and I've tried them all!)
This cream is amazing. I have bought lotions, creams, and had a referral to the podiatrist denied. I had sore cracked heels that had th8ck dry skin around them, often times not wanting to wear sandals...or it hurt when I walked. Had more of a problem n the summer. The skin was so th8ck n some spots I could take a razor and shave off skin. Searched online for some answers because nobody or anything seemed to be of any help. Found reviews for this and am so glad I tired it. Was very skeptical, but couldn't believe the difference and feeling it gave my feet. This is by no means a "cure"...and I do still have areas that aren't totally perfect, BUT...out of anything I have ever tried, this cream works THE best. It softened and moisturized my feet enough for the appearance to dramatically change, and the soreness of cracks were gone. I am not diabetic so not sure why I have issues with my feet. Wish I would have discovered this long ago. I used the 40% urea cream and can NOT BELIEVE the benefits of it. I am also really upset that no doctor or dermatologist even bothered to mention this cream...cause it works so well!!!!. This proves to me that they don't always know best. Please try! You won't be disappointed! I could go on forever about this.... A++++++++
