Don't use the CD
CD that came with it, THROW IT AWAY.Download and install CHIRP but don't open it yet.For Win 10 - Google 'PL2303 Driver' Go to the Prolific website and download the Prolific installer. Unzip it and run it. Check device manager and in the COM Ports section you should see a new Port. That will be the port, in this CASE Port 5, that you will need to select when you run CHIRP

Works perfectly on Windows 10
As per title - This worked perfectly on the latest build of Windows 10 - no messing about with the drivers - simply plug it in and Windows detects it.I have successfully used it with CHIRP to program both the BF-888s and BF-88e.Great item and price!
