I’m a big fan of devices for face work out and I have at least 3/4 different gadgets for that purpose! This device works miracles it’s anatomical and so much better than the one I have previously (using the front teeth). Yep! Give it a go !

I have been doing facial exercise for over 10 years- most face yoga experts will tell you not to exercise the jaw, however my jawline and temple area have been the only areas of the face I've had difficulty working on so thought I'd try this (chose it because it uses MOLARS for resistance- never buy incisor- based jaw exercisers as they can harm your teeth)All I can say is this works exactly the muscles I was wanting to target, my temples are already looking fuller and lifting outer eye area. My jaw is working yet feels more relaxed (I'm no longer clenching my teeth) and another surprising side effect is that my tongue posture is naturally going to what it should be without effort (back of palate and breathing through nose).The only area it causes a little tension is the acupressure point on top of the chin- I recommend pushing and massaging this area after working out to release the tension.Other than that I am so excited that this product is addressing my final face exercise issues. I use it alongside facialflex gadget.

I don’t know how effective this is long term with toning the jaw line but I must say that having been using as clearly instructed for a few weeks now it has become a lot easier and cured a slight annoying click in my jaw sometimes when chewing. I have deducted from this that my jaw is stronger and I’m definitely going to stick to it as it only takes a few minutes. I have an over bite and my front teeth don’t feel the bite, the pressure more to the back. However it is not unduly hard on the back teeth. My mouth is small but I can position it to minimise any gagging.

This product works very good but broke in less then two weeks, unfortunately, I had to return it.

I cut it down on the sides. And if the red one is least resistance "easy" I don't see myself progressing.It is hard to do more than the repetitions they suggest. I can only do 5 then hold and 3 to 5 more. It is stupid hard. Hope that changesFor me.

I have been using this jaw exerciser for about two weeks now, and I am really pleased with it. The delivery for this item was quick and I can see results already even though it has only been two weeks. The instructions are easy to follow and the exerciser comes in a well presented case.I bought this exerciser to help get rid of my double chin and to strengthen and tone my jaw and I can see a positive difference so far. I will definitely keep using this exerciser and I highly recommended it to others.

I must say I'm really impressed with this jaw exerciser, came really quickly and I started using it straight away.I followed the instructions for the slim and tone plan as I'm trying to get rid of my double chin and it is working very well so far. I know its only been a week however its making a difference to the strength of my jaw, it feels a lot tighter and just all round better. The case is a nice touch as well. I'll be sure to keep using it and will update this after further use
