This timer is awesome! The kids drop it all the time, nothing ever happens. They use it for brushing their teeth, the perfect 2 minute time limit! It looks cool and gives a more fun way to countdown 2 minutes. This is such a great gift/favor idea! Could use it for various reasons to countdown!

My 4-year-old son was blown away by these. He had seen an hourglass in one of our board games and became obsessed with having one because he wanted to see the sand run out. Instead of getting an hourglass that can break easily, we ordered these and it became his new favorite thing to play with and watch! Number one you can't break these things! The durability is outstanding. The colors are amazing and they're very well built with no sharp seams or anything they can harm a child's skin. The size is perfect for him to carry both of them around and put them wherever he wants on his shelves. They're a great toy!

I look for different and unique toys and gadgets for my grandchildren ages I thought these would be great because they both have lava lamps. And I thought it was good for the price. While they are well made and have got their attention, they're much smaller than I thought.
