Better than Bouillon Vegetarian No Beef Base, No Chicken Base, Premium Seasoned Vegetable Base, 8 oz Jars (Variety 3 Pack)

I recieved my package the day I had anticipated but upon opening I encountered a few problems. The first was that the "no chicken base" had leaked all inside of the bag, and appears to be only partially full. About 1/3 of the product is missing. There wasn't an excess pooled in the bag so I can't help but wonder if the producted was tampered with during production. Secondly only the "no beef base" came wrapped in plastic, and the other two didn't. Who removed them? I feel concerned about the safety of the broths I recieved. Finally, I see now that there is no returns, refunds, or a way to contact the seller and I spent almost $30 on the bundle and I don't think it's even safe to eat. In the pictures below you can see where I flipped the jars over and the chicken is empty at the top, and only the "no beef base" is sealed.

Yeah it's vegan but when I looked into the ingredients it's a chemical cocktail of pure MSG. If that wasn't bad enough this item isn't eligible for returns.

I really can't say enough good things about Better Than Bouillon, they're delicious. I've been using the chicken and beef flavors for years, but a friend has gone vegan so I purchased the meatless bundle pack so I could cook her some tasty dinners. The no beef flavor absolutely tastes beefy and delicious; many meat eaters agreed that it satisfied them. The cost may seem a little high at first, but each tiny jar makes several quarts of stock. It's so handy to have in the fridge.

The taste is great. I love these products and was excited to purchase all 3 together.Super sad to receive two of the containers leaky and very sticky. I had to clean it off as soon as I took it out of the package. Two were not sealed with the plastic seal. The one with the plastic seal around the top did not leak at all.

As someone who is trying to maintain a primarily plant-based diet, this stuff is a lifesaver. I cook a lot and, particularly with soups where I would normally use beef or chicken broth, this base is the perfect substitute. I've made "chicken" noodle soup with the no-chicken chicken base and Butler Soy Curls in place of the chicken, and people do not believe me when I tell them there isn't a bit of chicken anything in there. The "beef" base is great for tomato-based vegetable soup and chili. For the chili, I soak tvp in a "beef" broth before adding it to the pot with the other ingredients. So far, I haven't found a single instance where this wouldn't work in place of beef or chicken broth or bouillon. Love, love, love!

This tastes way better than any store bought veggie stock I have tried. I use it to make gravies and as a soup base amongst other uses. It is a bit salty but I just don't add salt to what I am cooking. I will continue using this product unless something better comes along, which I doubt. The one con I have is with the garlic flavored bullion. I did not care for it but it did not come with this order. I will be ordering these three again when I run low.

Just opens the beef one and when I too the plastic seal off the bottle was broken underneath. This is expensive, I really hope the vendor will contact me even though I bought it a while ago.

The product itself is a must have for vegans who enjoy cooking. The best veggie bouillon flavors you can find.The packaging is very poor and messy, there is no true seal on this product. Upon arrival, all 3 containers were leaking and coated with the bouillon. A quick rinse solved the problem, but customers should be aware that this is a risk when ordering it online.This has nothing to do with the seller or delivery, the product itself is entirely flawed in its packaging. It should have a true seal.
