Cutting power!
I was absolutely blown away by the quality of this paring knife! I am a mobile bartender and need to cut limes, lemons, and oranges extremely often and needed a new paring knife. I went ahead and purchased this one as it matched my new cutting board. I was BLOWN AWAY by the ease of use of this knife. I could almost barely place the knife on the lime and it sliced right through.I highly recommend this product and honestly, will be purchasing more of this brand's knives.
