With a narrow head, and thin plastic handle lacking any type of rubber to improve the grip, it really is at the low end of toothbrushes. Paid too much at $6.09 for four on Prime Day. You could buy a basic set of store brushes and get the same cleaning ability and comfort. The medium bristles are stiff like a wire brush for cleaning industrial machine parts. There are so many great brushes on the market with wide heads, and extra features, that the Oral B cavity defense model falls short.
