Day 1, tricky to assy. Solid and nice looking but having a problem getting it to light. Taking 5-10 attempts to light it and keep the flame on. Looks nice but not functional. Considering returning. Supplier sent out a new ignitor and it is working much better. Thank you

The hardibacker/heat shield was broken into pieces. But overall it's a pretty firepit.

We were looking for a gas fire pit since wood fires were banned most of last summer in our state thanks to awful wildfires. This is a great model for this price point, especially since the glass wind guard was included. I was able to assemble it mostly by myself, but I did need my husband to push a bit on the sides to get the screw holes to line up on the side which has the ignition (I believe another customer mentioned some screw holes not lining up). All in all a great fire pit for the price. Looking forward to summer evenings around the fire!

It wasn’t difficult to assemble and makes a nice addition to our patio.

One screw hole (the one closest to the ignition knob/valve) does NOT line up at all. However, we left it off and it still functions and works like magic. Just kind of annoying to try to fix and not be able to.
