Good looking, decent fit, Great price!
The main canopy is very nice, well constructed with strong stitching and the color scheme is nicer than the original canopy. We purchased it as a replacement for a 10'x12' gazebo that we bought from Busy Beaver home improvement center 2 years ago, hopefully this one will last longer. Although it appears to have been waterproofed a second application of something like Scotch guard or camp dry appears to be necessary.Overall quality is fantastic for half the price of the original manufacturer replacement. The upper canopy or fly canopy is a little bit larger (loose fitting)for my frame than the original but it looks and works fine. I would recommend it to anyone needing a 10x12 gazebo replacement canopy!

Fits perfectly, seems very sturdy
This works perfectly. Seems sturdier than others I have purchased. Usually lucky if they last 2 years, hopefully this one will last.

Affordable summer retreat
We have bought several canopy over the years from the same company. We still have the original frame and it is still kicking. This year's canopy has up graded and it is even nicer. We get about 2 to 3 years of use before we get a new canopy. And we got a great deal this year because it was on sale.

Good Top
Bought this top last year2023 and it fits my 10x12 gazebo top from Lowe’s. It was a bit tight to get on again but it lasted and I am happy to get a second year out of it . We bought patches to cover up the eyelet holes . Do not know why they came like this and you definitely do not see it on the pictures .

The sizes don’t match up what’s on the box
We bought these about eight months ago and went to put them up for the spring and they are way too big. They are not the size what was in the box now we can’t return them and we can’t use them. Get your products right make sure you have the right information what you arw saking
