Easy to use, works great.

Seems to be a pretty good sound deadener for the money. Purchased it to cut the noise from my 1967 Dodge’s roof. Wanted something that wasn’t as heavy as Boom Mat to adhere to the interior roof. Moderately dense, foam-based material. Much thicker than butyl sound deadener (this is close to 1/2” thick). Easy to work with and conform. Had best results cutting with large, sharp scissors and using upholstery adhesive on the roof before peeling and sticking this on.Happy with it for the roof but would I personally not use for the floor. Too thick and spongy for me. Will not cut the sound as much as a butyl material but still cut exterior noise noticeably.

Working on a 51 Ford pickup. I used this to insulate the firewall and rear of the cab. It sticks like crazy, however repositioning is not possible. The glue is stronger than the foam, so trying to remove it results in the foam tearing. I did a test by shining a halogen light at the flat sheet metal at the back of the cab. In 1/2 hour the sheet metal had gotten 45 degrees hotter. The insulated inside temperature on the insulation increased less than 1 degree.I looked for this because I have found that folded self stick insulation tends to delaminate and is hard to get smooth. This is easy to apply and conforms well to contours. I would use it again.

I recently installed performance exhaust on my car. Although not deafening, the exhaust note was more audible inside the car. I used Sound Deadening Mats to line the underside of a WeatherTech trunk liner. The material was fairly easy to trim to fit and stuck well. I did notice a the sound level inside the car was improved--this accomplished what I needed!

Worked amazing, used to sound deaden my vehicle for a sound system; improved the sound quality by a lot. Totally worth it.

Used for containing a desktop sized 3d printer in a temperature controlled and quieter environment. Practically reduces 80% of the noise. And with the AC on in the house you can't tell it's running. Sticks well and is flexible enough to get into corners. Easy to cut and shape as needed.

The media could not be loaded. Does the job well for sound deadening and reducing heat. Very sticky. Overall a good product but I am concerned about it being fire resistant.

Very thick! Great sound deading mat. Used in my wheel wells and floor boards to kill a lot of the road noise due to extreme A/T tires I recently upgraded too.
