MiO Energy Liquid Flavor Enhancer with Caffeine and B Vitamins - 3 pack (Strawberry Pineapple Smash)

I love Mio! It helped me completely break from Soda and Sweet tea. It allows you to give just enough flavor that your drink tastes good and helps you get your desired daily water intake. The fact that you can get it caffeinated is just a godsend, another easy way to break from the soda addiction. If you need the carbonation, it’s easy enough to just add some to your Soda stream for homemade soda but without all the additives and/or sugar that comes in soda. They’ve mastered their flavors, too. Strawberry Pineapple just happens to be my favorite, followed by Tropical Fusion and Black Cherry. The 3 pack allows me to stock up. Beats the powders, hands down.

I’m a super-hydrator for medical reasons and this makes reachin’ my daily 120oz soooo much easier & definitely tastier ~ The included Vit B and caffeine are great energy boosters!!

I’ve been using this for a while now and I do feel like it gives me natural energy. The flavors aren’t super strong are artificial tasting either it just adds a little extra flavor to water. The only thing is -this makes me pee a lot!

I use this in my water. It tastes really good! It does give me energy.
