Great product for the price. Sure, there are some out there that are better but cost a lot more. Don't have any cassettes so can't say anything about the cassette player but the radio and the Bluetooth works flawlessly. Wished the sound was a little better but overall it's a decent unit especially if you are looking for the retro look. I especially like the built in battery. Simply plug the box up for a few hours and it's charged and ready to go!UPDATE: When I mentioned the sound could be better I was just listening at lower volumes but after listening to some good Grunge music at near wide open I must say I'm very pleased with the sound!

Bought for my husband who is very picky about music. Had for 2 weeks and he really likes it so far. Sound is good for a small boom box. Lots of functions that seem to work well.

Better than the others we had tried returned (we got it to play old cassettes). Sound being the most important is good - maybe not for an audiophile but brings back the 60s, 70s experience - sound and appearance. The Bass and Treble control really work well. The internal rechargeable batteries are a great feature - unplug from AC, and take to backyard without worrying about batteries (although you can have those also). Also I like the Short Wave - haven't used it much, but nice to have it to try out some nights - maybe to see if we can pick up Europe?Maybe the level indicators are unnecessary (I hear the needles sometimes) - although they are pretty cool.

Sound quality is good.radio and cassette is working good but cassette recording quality is poor,too much noise.

Bought this unit for the sole purpose of copying music from cassette tapes to USB drives. It worked only once. After that it would no longer write to the USB from any source - tape, radio, or microphone. In addition, and not long after the music copy functions stopped working, I noticed a thick, sticky, clear fluid coating the tuner knob. I used a "gunk-out" spray to clean the dial but the fluid keeps returning. I'd crack open the case to check out the insides but I'm afraid whatever is leaking will get worse. I'll probably just toss the thing in the trash.

Arrived on time and works well

I had a problem when it arrived, unfortunately when i plugged it in on first use the fuse started burning and smoke appeared from the radio. I have no idea why. Just be careful , sometimes electrical appliances are faulty. I had it seen to and fixed and works well with large batteries, so I am not returning it. Ideal for the the garage or a sunny day in the garden . It's not a fab item , but plays cassettes and FM radio. The sound is ok. More nostalgia for its design. They don't make these quality devices the same as they used to. No one uses Am anymore. FM dial is cool. Cassette deck does record ok.

Playing 50 year old cassettes, sound very good with bass all the way up & bass boost. Would be nice to have auto reverse player and an LED lit radio dial. Battery life is good. Knobs and tuner have a good feel, and FMpicks up distant stations. Good value for the price.
