Sturdy, comfortable and extends my desk just the amount I wanted

I've had this for a year or so, and it is as sturdy and comfortable as day 1. Working from home has been difficult due to the equipment required for my carpal tunnel, the equipment fits, but I need space for my arms, so the pressure is not on my wrists. This rest has saved me from discomfort. I would absolutely recommend it, you may think it's a bit expensive for a rest, but if you suffer from arm/wrist pain IMO it's a small price to pay for pain free typing.

Does what I got it for, no longer do I get achy elbow from hanging my arm in the air, it's comfortable plus aesthetic. Strong too, it takes quite a bit of my weight. Only minor gripe is that bolts underneath can sometimes scrape against my knees if not careful. Just in case anyone was wondering it is synthetic leather which I appreciate being a Vegan.

Really pleased with this, just what I was looking for. extends my desk to support my arm while working long hours at my desk.Really easy to fit, very sturdy... Cleaver mechanism means the rest can fold away at the end of the day.I purchased, along with an ergonomic mouse and wrist pad.. haven't had any wrist pain since.

I must admit that it's well mad00e and is really sturdy and doesn't move.But as for comfort, there is very little in the way of padding. It doesn't cushion your arm and after a while fatigue sets in and pain an0d 0discomfort.This isn't help by the fact that the pads is approximately 10mm above the surface of the desk. This in itself induces pain and discomfort in the exact area that most people who would use this are looking for relief from, such as 'Carpal Tunnel Syndrome.With the padding being higher at the point where you want to place less weight on. it actually becomes the centre of the problem and puts on more weight at this point. There is no getting away from this, no matter how you position your arm. Really the length isn't long enough and should be at least another 4 inches longer to accommodate longer arms. With my wrist aligned with the front, the elbow hangs some 4inches over the back.I'm left in more pain and discomfort than before, when not using it. The entire part of the arm that is resting on the pad becomes painful, and hot, whereas before it was just the wrist area. Which ever part of your arm extends the most of the pad, be ir wrist or elbow, is the part that is most painful as it takes the most pressure.I wouldn't recommend this for anyone with a large build. It might suit those with a small build and a light frame. I'm really disappointed in the product.The width is okay, maybe slightly too wide as it tends to get in the way when typing as it is always at th0e side of the keyboard. The clap arms don't go under the keyboard forcing it to remain at the side. Even if you could tuck them under the keyboard, the clamps would stick in your leg.How many people have a desk that would require a clamp capable of clamping unto an 8 inch piece of wood, not many. Yet most desks have about a 12mm thick top and this it struggles to clamp on. The top of the bolt that comes up and is tightened against the underside, really needs to have a larger surface which would enable a tighter fit.The pad should really be level with the desk allowing an even spread of the arm along the surface. Speaking of the surface, even before I begin to sweat, my arm sticks to it which is rather annoying and makes it uncomfortable to move the arm. Wearing a long sleeved shirt helps, but who wants to wear such a shirt in the heat of the summer. A washable surface cover would be of benefit here which would prevent the sticking.I've only been using the arm extension for just over a day and my arm hurts all the time from the wrist to the elbow. Great workmanship, lousy product. I have to keep lifting and repositioning my arm in order to get any relief while using it. I'm going to give it the weekend, just to see if it improves with a little more use. If not I think it's going to go back. It's not cheap, I'd say quite expensive for what it actually is.

Wife needed this to extend the side of desk for her arm to reat on to use mouse.Easy to attach no screws just tighten and can be flipped in the down position when no in use.

Bought this for my wife who suffers with RSI in her wrist when using the mouse, this has taken the weight off the wrist and helped with the RSI.Very well made and worth the money if you are struggling with RSI in your day to day work.

Produit hyper pratique quand on a un bureau étroit comme le mien. Il est de bonne qualité, très robuste, on peut s'appuyer dessus sans crainte. Il est rembouré et confortable. Monté sur le bureau en 1minute à peine. Il se rabat hyper facilement. Et ça tient super bien! Ravie de mon achat!

Er waren wat kleine schroeven die er uitvielen, maar terugplaatsen en goed aandraaien was geen probleem.Moest even wennen en stoott mijn knie een keer aan de montage-schroeven die (omdat ik een dik bureau heb ver uitsteken).Maar nadat ik alles gemonteerd had en gewend was aan de hogere steun voor mijn armen, voelde ik eigenlijk direct mijn pols waar ik beginnende RSI klachten had niet meer.En daarbij kan ik de bureau uitbreiding wegklappen als b.v. even wat wil schrijven.Kortom 1000% tevreden na 15 minuten.
