AWESOME product!! VERY happy with it!!
This product is worth it weight in gold!! It allows a wheelchair to be pushed with one hand, as well as allowing the person pushing to stand more upright. When in a store, it allows to steer the chair with one hand and pull a grocery cart with the other. Also, when entering or exiting doors, it allows you to push the chair with one hand, while holding the door with the other.

Simple, works great!
My family & I took a trip to Disney World in October, and my mother needs a wheelchair if there's any extensive walking involved. With 6-8 hrs of walking every day, frequently up and downhill, it made our trip a lot easier. My only gripe was the smaller thumbscrews that clamp it all together once it's mounted to the chair. The plastic part was rather fragile and they all snapped off, but a $2 fix of all metal thumbscrews from my local hardware store solved that. Great product!

Has been very helpful.
Overall I have been pleased with with the push bar. It allows me to stand upright which has been a benefit to my old back. Its not hard to install but better to have your person in the chair when you do it so that the chair will be in the correct position. I am a little worried about the thumb screws to tighten it down. They seem a little flimsy and I don't want to put to much pressure on them and strip out the threads. Because of this I have had them sometimes become a little loose. Its not a danger to the person your pushing, just a little inconvenient. It has made a very nice difference in our walks around the lake and I look forward to many more.

I chose the Hande Extender
This is a comparison with Handle Extender.I’m tallish, so pushing somebody around a lot while bending down to grab the regular handles on a wheelchair can get uncomfortable. The angle of the handles is also hard on the wrists.I liked the Ease Push Bar, because it both raised the handle and allowed me to push and pull with my wrists straight. And very sturdy. But my wife’s hair got caught in my hands, and it was possible to hit her head. There are set screws that get touched and loosen, which I think I cured with Lok-Tite.I first tried to install the Handle Extender perpendicular to the handles, so I could push forward, but pushing hard made them twist in their brackets. So I have to turn them to the same general orientation as the regular handles. They also allow the chair to be folded, without removing the device. My overall verdict is the Handle Extender. Though I’m toying with using them together.

Great Purchase
I purchased this for my friends wheel chair. This item is fantastic. I wish I had known about it sooner. It was easy to put on and it makes it so easy to ouch my friend around. The bar sits up higher so when you are pushing it you are not bending over. Very comfortable to punch. The only drawback is when you are picking the wheelchair around the fasteners will loosen to so I tighten it up as we walk if I need to do that. You just do it with your fingers.

Fell apart when tightening on the wheelchair
I really wanted this to work. I take an elderly family member who had hip surgery for walks around the neighborhood in a wheelchair 3 or 4 times a week and thought this would be a lifesaver for my back. However, it broke when I was putting it on the wheelchair. The bar itself is made of metal and strong like a shopping cart. It attaches to the wheelchair handles with plastic fittings that are already assembled. Assembly is easy. I installed it per the instructions and it seemed it was secure. I rolled the chair into another room to show my family member. As I was returning the wheelchair to the other room, one side attached to wheelchair was very loose. Those parts are tightened by a hand knob underneath. So I started to tighten it, it feel apart. A small plastic piece that tightens underneath the wheelchair handle. When I took it off, the screw of the tightening knob seems to have broken -- part of it remained in the attachment piece. This was without any weight in the chair, without tilting the chair in any way. I'm glad it broke then and not when the person was in the chair going over the small 3 inch step out the front door. Normally, if something is defective, I would simply request a replacement. But because I am concerned about the safety of it if it can fall apart so easily, I am going to look for another option. Maybe I just got a bad one that had already been damaged. But if you buy this, check it out carefully -- take it for a walk as you would your loved one BEFORE you put them in it.

Love it!
Made a big difference with handling the wheelchair. My husband is tall and it helped his back to use this. I’m not tall, but it made it easier to control the wheelchair
