Acne is tiresome - but everyone tells you it will pass and you will "grow out of it" -- so the aim is to keep it suppressed and as comfortable as you can get it and crucially, avoid picking at spots and developing long term scarring.I find that these silicone hydrocolloid spots help take the pressure out of a spot and resolve it a bit quicker and more comfortable than just using creams or scrubbing with an exfoliant sponge.In this pack✅ you get 36 patches - works out at 6p per spot per day✅ they stick well✅ come in sealed pouch - so haven't dried out in storage✅ didn't irritate me (allergies to hydrocolloid do occur - so suggest you do a "patch test" before putting these in a sensitive place)👎🏻 you get 36 patches - which won't last long. Can I suggest that you try this pack as a "tester" and if you like it - step up and get the bigger packs (Amazon sells really big multi-packs)♥️ CONCLUSION: I am mystified by some of the the low scoring reviews here - perhaps you need to read up a bit about how and why to use these patches before trying them out.The first scientific study I can find was done in 2006 - Chao CM, Lai WY, Wu BY, Chang HC, Huang WS, Chen YF. A pilot study on efficacy treatment of acne vulgaris using a new method: results of a randomized double-blind trial with Acne Dressing. J Cosmet Sci. 2006 Mar-Apr;57(2):95-105. PMID: 16688374. and since then there have been many more. I use the techniques tested in the trials - as these are what the dermatologists think offer the best help. They seem to shorten the life of a spot by about 2 days and leave less redness and irritation. Try a search of the data for youself.I rate this as a "test" pack as 36 patches won't last anyone long - you use one per-spot per day and only for part of each 24 hours - so this pack is good for about 5-6 typical spots.I use these overnight - where you want the gel to be relatively thick and adherent so as not to come off easily, so they won't be cosmetically invisible. In that role - these are 5-star products.

I've had tried many of these so feel I can compare them to others quite well.Firstly, this is a single pack of 36 with some large and some small. There's no instruction on them at all, it looks like they've been part of a multi pack that someone has split into singles...I know that you just put one over your spot and leave it - at least 6 hours is recommended but overnight is best. They work better on infected spots than just on red patches. After just a few hours you can see the white circles form on the clear patch - that's a sign of it removing the infection and is a good thing.These stick well and stay on well too - at least during the day, I kind of lost a couple overnight, probably from moving my face around the pillow....It won't remove your spot instantly but it does heal them quicker and reduces the redness - it was noticeably smaller after 1 day and much improved after 2, so although these look a bit cheap and the lack of instructions, they actually do work just as well as some of the more expensive ones.

Didn’t get any of my pimples

These work like any other pimple patch. It doesn’t come with any instructions but I have never really found it necessary or missed it. These are a bit stickier than the others I’m used to but it’s not a negative. If you find that others fall off at night maybe give these a try.They don’t work miracles but it helps bring the head out of a spot and cover them at night so you don’t spread any bacteria anywhere. I find that the sticker changes colour over time and go a bit darker beige so they aren’t totally invisible on the skin to wear during the day but I normally wear them at night anyway.

No instructions, no ingredients list, no nothing, just a little packet with the stickers in and that’s it. Packet isn’t resealable. I’m trying one of the stickers out and I will update.

Got these for our teenage daughter (13) and she says they work great. She sticks them on at night before going to bed and when she gets up in the morning, the redness and swelling is reduced quite a bit. She also uses toners and cleansers, but these are great for specific problem spots that appear. She's even gone out with one or two of these still on her face as they are not noticeable unless you are close up

Actual wizardry! I've had an area or sore spots under my lips for a few weeks. Tried tee tree, witch Hazel, and several other spot solutions, nothing worked. I applied one of the larger sized patches and a few smaller then wore it for a few hours. I couldn't believe it, redness gone and spots reduced to almost nothing. The nature of these patches is to draw muck out, and it worked, I could see it on the patches.Super cheap, super happy and really did work! Ordering more!
