Nathan James Nelson Coffee Table Ottoman, Living Room Entryway Bench with Faux Leather Tuft Iron Frame, Warm Brown/Black

This is a great looking piece and is a great value. We are using this as a coffee table and bench. My small kids climb all over it and it is holding up very well. Putting it together was fairly straight forward, however you really need a drill or impact driver. You don't want to try to put this together with a regular screwdriver. Many of the screws are self-tapping, so it goes together much easier with power tools.

Okay, it wasn't the end of the world but the packaging of this thing was CRAZY. It was laughable. The box was banged up and looked like it had been re taped at least 3 times, but inside - the styrofoam was completed ripped apart. It looked like they accidentally taped a wild animal inside and it destroyed everything trying to get out haha.The table itself was undamaged but there were no instructions. Luckily it was really obvious how to set it up and there weren't many pieces. (I do have a knack for putting together furniture though) I gave it a 5 for ease - I had it put together in about 10 minutes.Looks great in my living room. It's a perfect mix of comfy foot rest/ottoman and firm enough to hold a drink without being afraid it's tip over. It's sturdy.Overall, definitely recommend!Will update if I change my mind.

Only 1 thing to dislike about it. The screws that go into the upper cushion have a one time chance on each drill spot. Using a screwdriver by hand is the way to go, but 1 of the 6 holes did not go in as expected. I made the initial hole, began turning and after a few turns the screw came right back out. It won't hold. Since the other 5 went in, I'll still give it 5 stars for it's ease of assembly, light weight features and comfort if you want to kick a leg up.

This is one of the best purchases I've ever made! I love this ottoman! I use it as my coffee table and I no longer have to worry about my kids hurting themselves on my sharp edged table that I had before. My kids love to jump up on it, eat snacks on it and watch tv from it and it's sturdy and can hold up to the abuse lol. I was a little worried about the color of the faux leather but it's perfect. Exactly what I wanted, needed and expected. Would definitely encourage you to buy. Only con is that greasy fingerprints can be seen very easily and you'll have to constantly wipe this thing off lol.

Customer service with Nathan James was AMAZING!! My ottoman was delivered damaged and they send me a whole new ottoman at no additional cost. They were easy to get in contact with and we’re extremely helpful in getting my furniture damage fixed. They followed back up with me after my new ottoman was delivered to make sure it had no damage. I even received a chocolate package from them apologizing for the inconvenience. I highly recommend buying furniture from Nathan James. Nothing but awesome things to say about them!! We love our ottoman and know it will be a piece we enjoy in our home for years to come!
