Works great. Im a nurse and I use it when I spend long periods of time out in the Texas heat. My son is a mechanic and he is borrowing them till he can get some in. Stopped his muscle cramps!

Living and sweating in Florida, I pop these a lot. Not perfect, but helps with cramping issues; hydrate too much and lose your electrolytes.I looked at several. One of the few with no sugar, no artificial sweeteners. Repeat customer - many times !

Great for helping to stay hydrated
When I'm in the heat and only have water available, these help keep me hydrated. Makes a huge difference to combat the effects of heat if you sweat out a lot of electrolytes.

Get electrolytes without taking on calories of electrolyte drinks
This product is good to enhance electrolytes during fasting. Also when you don’t wanna take on the calories of other types of electrolyte drinks. Also, I take it to help prevent cramps in my muscles.

No sugar, no weird taste in your water
I do frequent fasts, and I hate drinking salty water, so these supplements are perfect. I've heard all kinds of negative things about LMNT and the amount of sugar it actually has, so even though that seems to be the choice of my friends, I wanted something without the sugar. This is it.

Great
These tablets are a great way to get electrolytes in. I have POTS so they help with that, but it also makes my skin appear better and more hydrated since I’m getting the electrolytes that I need. I don’t like the taste of the powdered drink mixes, any of them, and sports drinks are expensive and have a lot of sugar so this is a great solution.
