Love these for my cat. They last awhile and, while a little messy, it's pretty big pieces that are easy to pick up. I also like that it's double sided, so when one side wears out, I can flip it over for another period of use. There is no adhesion on them.

Cats love them, put some nip on them. Wish I bought these before they trashed my door frame.
