I emailed tech support and finally go the app setup. I used “smart life” and it now works with Alexa. I found it impossible so emailed them. I wanted my fans to be set to circulate every few days in my empty home. So the pairing mode will work if you press and hold the 30 minutes button for 5 seconds. I had to be in the app and the “add device”.

Good design compared to other similar products. Other switches has a thicker border to create space for the LED. This one moved the LED to the center of the buttons thus allow the border thickness to match the surrounding light switches, looking a lot seamless.It's almost perfect, but I do see a few points for improvement.One is that the LED will not inform you of how much time is left on the timer. For example, if you choose 60 min countdown, the 60 min LED will stay light up all the way to the end. It would have been better if the LED move with the timer. ie, if there's less than 5 min left on the timer, the 5 min button should light up; if there's 8 min left, the 10 min button should light up, etc.Another thing is the metal plate on the switch is too thick. This cause the existing face plate of the switch to no longer sit flush with the wall, leaving a small tiny gap no matter how much I tighten the screw. It would have been better if the metal plate is a bit thinner.

I like the wire connectors - just stick in the wire and tighten the screw. It looks great after it is installed and works just as it was described.

Although the instructions are not written well, the product is solid and operates exactly as expected. I did have a little trouble installing because I was replacing a light switch which only uses two wires. My boyfriend explained that there are three states: on, off, and timer. Thus, it needs three wires. I absolute love this product and I would buy it again in a heartbeat.

Having a timed switch which defaults to the last used duration comes in handy. The user doesn't have to select the small duration button, they can simply hit the big button and it works. Nice!

I use them in the shop to avoid overcharging my collection of batteries.

This product is used to control two fans in our master suite bathroom. The product works quite well with easy installation.
