Reliable, Well-Built, and Worth It
This is the third bidet I’ve ordered—same model, just in different colors—and they’ve all worked perfectly well. The water pressure is excellent, and the build quality feels premium, especially for the price. I’ve been using my first one for over two years now without any issues, so I knew exactly what I was getting. The self-cleaning feature is a nice touch, though I honestly don’t use it that often. What really stands out is the consistent performance and ease of use.One of the recent units I ordered did have a slight leakage issue, but thanks to Amazon’s return policy, I was able to send it back hassle-free and order a replacement—which has been working flawlessly. If you’re looking for a reliable, well-built bidet, this one is definitely a solid pick.

Luxury Meets Practicality – A Must-Have
After my recent vacation in Japan, where every restroom had a bidet, I knew I had to bring that comfort home. The LUXE Bidet NEO 120 was the perfect choice!Setup was a breeze — super easy to install with clear instructions, and I had it ready to go within minutes. No tools or plumbing experience needed! The adjustable water pressure lets me customize the spray just how I like it, and the self-cleaning nozzle adds that extra peace of mind for hygiene. It’s completely non-electric, so no worries about power or complicated parts. The fresh water rear wash feels amazing, and honestly, it’s changed my bathroom game forever. If you’ve ever experienced a bidet in Japan or just want to upgrade your bathroom routine, this is the one to get. Simple, effective, and surprisingly luxurious!

Just Buy It Already!
I read the reviews and rolled my eyes. How can this thing *really* be life changing? Trust me. It is. Just buy it.Do I wonder how I've lived without a bidet attachment? Yes. Ridiculous, you say? Yeah. I said that, too. But my word, for how little this costs, I do wonder why I didn't get one sooner. Is it easy to install? Yes, if you know what you've got. I took off my toilet seat and realized the "slow close" mechanism was built into the hinge and therefore not compatible with the bidet attachment. And, to be completely honest, looking at the toilet seat once it was off the toilet made me think that a new toilet seat was not a bad idea at all. After reading all the reviews for the bidet attachment and wondering about the bumper pads and people discussing a seat gap... I just went ahead and bought the Luxe toilet seat. No bumpers, no worry. Super easy to install both.Clean? Yeah. You will feel clean. You will BE clean. And you won't need flushable wipes and multiple swipes. My doctor actually recommended I get a bidet attachment because my skin was reacting to all the wipes and whatnot. And here I thought I was doing enough by using perfume-free laundry soap.Cold? Yeah. "Bracing," I read in a review. "Refreshing" is another good word. It was chilly in the winter, but not enough that I wouldn't use it! The benefits by far outweigh the brief chill. And there's no way I was going to pay for and install something with a heater. No leaks, looks great, works like magic. I don't know if it's a downside or not, but my 19 year old son refuses to try it. He said if his BM goes that wrong, he'll just take a shower. *shrug* He doesn't know what he's missing. You don't, either, unless you go ahead and buy it already!!!

It works and easy to set up
For a low budget bidet this is awesome. I don't need all the bells and whistles (heated water - how long ya gonna sit there til it heats up?). My fanny really likes this. I put it together myself (thanks YouTub3e) and I'm 58 and never removed a toilet seat before. The freshy feeling of a clean butt is unmatched. Yes, there are fancier ones out there. But the rose gold looks great and my rear is clean. Sold!! Highly recommend. Note: ONE water shoot - NOT two nozzles.

A Luxe bidet should be found on every toilet.
My first bidet experience was last year at a friend's house. He has the Toto B100 Washlet and I was sold on the concept with the first use. For years I was frustrated with using so much toilet paper to feel sufficiently clean. I was easily going through two or three rolls per week--and sometimes even more. It is quite a waste of resources and time spent wiping (over the course of days, weeks, and years, those minutes start to add up!). I started using wet wipes when they came on the market, but I do not like the idea of flushing so much fabric material into the sewer. Even if the wipes are designated as “flushable”, are they not necessarily bio-degradable. So after discovering the world of bidets, I started researching online and realized that a good mechanical bidet was all that I needed. The bells and whistles found on electronic bidets, like a seat warmer and an air blower, don’t appeal to me. I narrowed down my search and selected the Luxe Bidet Neo 120 White based on its features and Amazon reviews. And it turns out...I made the right choice! This is a fantastic bidet with the feature set that, in my humble opinion, should be included with every toilet. Installation was very straight forward. I didn't experience any leaking at the fittings. The rubber washers do a good job of keeping the connections water tight. The plastic construction feels high quality and durable. I have owned the bidet since October 2014 and, with daily use and monthly cleanings, it looks the same as new. I also upgraded my toilet seat to a MayFair easy clean, slow close elongated lid that fits quite well on the bidet.I love this bidet so much, I bought two more for my parents and in-laws as Christmas presents. Initially, they laughed at the concept and thought they were joke gifts. Once I installed the bidets for them, their attitude quickly changed and now they cannot imagine using a toilet without them. One minor nit: Luxe was generous enough to include a water supply line with each bidet. For the two gift bidets, I did need to install them for the homeowners. For their installations, the plumbing was old enough that I needed to replace their water supply valves behind the toilets and these featured permanently attached water supply lines. The trouble was that the water supply line provided by Luxe uses a 9/16” connector. I traveled to several Home Depot and Lowe’s Home Improvement stores in my city looking for water valves that fit this connection. None of them carried a compatible valve, so I also had to buy new water supply lines. It is nice that Luxe included a metal braided water supply line with each of their bidets, but I do wish it had a connection compatible with valves sold in mainstream hardware stores. The number one complaint I read in Amazon reviews prior to my purchase was that the water pressure was difficult to control with the Water Pressure knob. I did not find this to be the case. I quickly became accustomed to only turning the knob as far as necessary to provide adequate water flow to do the job of cleaning. The ideal water pressure for me lands between the first two dots. But I can tolerate and sometimes intentionally turn the knob to a higher water pressure if I require more cleaning. For those who want lower water pressure, you can also slightly turn the Nozzle Cleaning knob. This will direct some of the water directly down into the toilet bowel and lower the pressure of the water stream aimed for cleaning your sensitive regions!I really do enjoy the turn style knob mechanism. It is simple and easy to operate without ever looking down at the controls. My friend, who owns the Toto, concedes that while his bidet offers more features, he does always have to look down at the control panel to see what buttons he wants to press. With the Luxe Bidet 120, you quickly develop a kinesthetic sense of where the knob is and how much to turn it for proper cleaning. The simple turn style knob is one of the reasons I chose the 120 model over the more expensive ones that feature a lever style knob that takes a bit more finesse to operate. I also read a reviewer complaint of the lever knob being inadvertently bumped by their dog, causing water to flood the bathroom floor. This type of accident is impossible with the flat turn style knob. One thing I was concerned about before my purchase was the cold water. I considered the bidets that feature a hot water line, but the logistics of plumbing and the fact that you need to flush the water pipes for a time period long enough to bring the hot water to the toilet during each use made me decide against it. And as mentioned above, I prefer the flat knobs on the 120 model. After owning the Neo 120 for almost 10 months, I have found the cold water line to be more than adequate and I have never lusted for warmer water. The Luxe Bidet Neo 120 is an affordable, high quality solution that I feel should be integrated with every toilet--including in public restrooms. The control knobs on the bidet are as much a part of what I consider an ideal toilet as the flush handle. If you are in the market for a bidet, this one gives you the most value for your money, and it may very well change your life. I know I never want to go back to a life without one!
