Stitch & Sparkle Cotton 44" Medium Dot Powder Blue Color Sewing Fabric by The Yard

I ordered for a quilt piecing. The fabric washed but something in the finish / weaving make this fabric cling even though I used my usual fabric softener. Color and everything else A-OK.
