Best way to sharpen your knife, hands down!!!
Great product, didn't know exactly how to use, just tried to copy chefs I have seen on TV. Product came without any paper work what so ever. But I gave 5 stars mostly for a couple if reasons, 1. finally a sharpener that works, first time I have been able to get a blade sharp enough to slice through a piece of paper, after trying all sorts of sure fire sharpeners that just never got the the job done. Took a while to get to sharp but I'm sure that if I stay on top of the blade each time I use it, it will preform the way a sharp knife should! 2. the price point is very fair, great quality and value for the money!

It is very well made am very pleased with this product
This honing stick works very well but I wish it was a bit longer. It is very well made am very pleased with this product. I know I shouldn't but I also use the honing stick to whack a bag of frozen ice too - so, it serves a different purpose for me as well.
