It’s not a smart toaster but the lcd display is super nice. It shows a countdown timer that adjusts based on what level of toast you want. It toasts very evenly and heats super quickly and the precision metal construction looks both elegant and ultra modern. The toaster operates like a normal toaster, but the details are what make the difference. The knob that selects the toasting level has detents, giving it a quality feeling. The toaster’s accuracy in browning the bread is great! It does not over cook or burn based upon the setting you choose.Very consistent and even browning. The best feature is the countdown timer.

Looks great. Works fine (toasts bread evenly; easy to adjust toast darkness). Nice to have the bagel (single side toasting) option. Digital counter a handy feature in cooking prep. Been using the toaster for a while now w/ zero complaints so far.

Edit: Initially I ranked this toaster a 3 (review below), but I'm adding a star for outstanding customer service. After writing my review the company emailed me with a link to receive a refund - on a toaster that is well beyond the Amazon return window. I can only assume that my toaster's heating issue isn't typical of SEEDEM, or they would quickly go out of business issuing unsolicited refunds. Whomever reads and responds to their reviews is seriously on the ball & this company stands by it's products. IF you don't eat sliced Italian bread it is a cute, space-saving toaster.I liked the look of this toaster and it's space saving design drew me in, but after using it I want my old toaster back. The wide slots easily fit bagels (which makes the husband happy), but are not long or deep enough for sliced Italian bread. Additionally the temperature settings are many, but the results of many settings seem to be raw or desiccated. Constant adjustments and I still haven't found the right setting for me. Sometimes a product gets overly fancy and the design suffers.

The media could not be loaded. This modern toaster is a real improvement over all of my old toasters. First of all, the precision metal construction looks both elegant and ultra modern. The toaster operates like a normal toaster, but the details are what make the difference. The knob that selects the toasting level has detents, giving it a quality feeling. As I turn it, the updated setting appears in the easy-to-read display. I like very light toast, so I selected #2, and it came out just like I wanted. I didn’t need to use the cancel button, because my toast was not becoming overly toasted. I have only good things to say about this toaster. Highly recommended!

Toaster looked very nice and initially functioned well. However about 6 months later it broke without any reason. The lever no longer locks when pressed down and hence it is impossible to use the toaster. When the lever is pressed, the toaster still turns on but you have to stand and hold the lever down in order to get a toast. Quite frankly this is the first toaster I’ve owned with such an issue. I would say this is a product with questionable quality and definitely not worth the money when it breaks just after a few months of use.The company reached out to us following our review and it turned out that they have a 2 yr warranty. The company asked for a video of the toaster so that they could improve the quality of their products, which we recorded and sent to them. They also provided us with a full refund! We are very impressed with the quality of their service! Definitely hope they will improve their products in the future and we look forward to buying from them again.

Wide slots for bagels and will only brown them on the flat side if you wish

Growing up we had one toaster that last for most of our growing up. Since getting married toasters have come and gone with regularity. Our last one was particularly troublesome so I decided to get this Seedeem, a company I never heard of before but which seemed to have garnered lots of starts in the ratings. One week in and half a dozen slices of toast and bagels it seems a decent device. Time will tell if it lasts. I like the timer, the darkness control seems to work well too. The toast sticks up a decent distance for grabbing. These review requests should include 1, 2, and 3 year check-ins. It is only then that you know if you bought quality.

This toaster has several settings and they all work as advertized. I like the style, the finish and the easy cord wrap on the bottom. It is lightweight and holds large bagels without a problem. I like the digital countdown feature, it helps to coordinate your meal.

Funciono unicamente por dos y luego un olor a quemado y murio. Es el tostador que menos me ha durado. Ya no fabrican como antes.

I recently decided to replace my old toaster, because I got tired of it never toasting my bread evenly on both sides, and it always seemed to toast hotter at the top.After looking at a bunch of different brands, I decided to try this one, because I liked the style and look of it, and because it had the features I was looking for (namely, a digital timer). I was a bit nervous, because I hadn’t heard of the brand before. However, I was pleasantly surprised! It works better than my old one, has more selection settings, and toasts completely and evenly on both sides!I really like the digital timer feature, and the fact that you can literally set it to toast for any length of time, at or in between the 7 recommended levels. It works really well, and is also quieter than my old toaster (it doesn’t make as loud of a noise when the toast is ejected). So far I’ve used it for Flax Wheat Bread, regular whole wheat, and bagels. Everything has come out perfectly!I also really like that it has a 2 year warranty, unlike the bigger brands that only offer the standard 1-year warranty.Would definitely recommend.

I’m very pleased with the results of delivering of toaster.

Pretty good toaster. Takes a while to learn the settings. However the bagel setting sucks. Only toasts one of Side of the bagel. Other than that it’s a pretty standard toaster.
