These are small, one a day tables that are easy to swallow and seem odourless and tasteless to me. There are 365 in the pouch, so these will last a full year, which should be plenty of time for most people to see if they make a difference. I think that the price of £3.99 (at the time of writing) is an amazing price for a full year's supply. I was sent the lower dosage to trial but I would definitely recommend spending the extra pound and getting the double strength one instead; it's still fabulous value for a full year's supply, these are going in my Wishlist ready for next year.Folic acid is one of the 7 supplements I take daily for my Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease (NAFLD). Healing a fatty liver is very slow going, I had an issue with Paracetamol and Lansoprazole, cutting out the former completely and changing the latter to Omeprazole helped a lot but my levels were still way too high and refusing to budge anymore. NAFLD isn't treated on the NHS, they only monitor it with regular blood tests and scans when necessary. I got a book from Amazon at the end of 2017 about how to heal a fatty liver, it recommended a specific supplement that is not available in this country so I have to take them all separately. I have been taking these 7 supplements since the beginning of 2018 every day ever since then. I don't actually feel any better but my bloodwork has improved massively since taking them and my doctor has told me that it is working so to carry on doing what I'm doing.

Absolutely brilliant value for a full year's supply! I particularly love this ethical brand, which donates a portion of profits to disadvantaged children. Highly recommend starting these as soon as you think about trying for a baby, as folic acid is so important for healthy development in the early stages of pregnancy. Good for general health support too.

My wife has started taking these as we are trying to start a family, she’s only just started taking these but says they are easy to swallow, have no taste and instructions are easy to follow. What more could you ask for!

A brilliant supplement for pregnant women, or those who wish to be, I take folic acid due to a whole host of fibroids (apologies if you've just had breakfast) that have decided to make my body think I'm pregnant. As such, my energy is generally a little lacklustre and I have aches where I didn't know I had places. But, with folic acid, I feel much more like myself, which is no mean feat.More than anything else, if you are pregnant, or preparing your body for pregnancy, these supplements are excellent, easy to take, tasteless, and for a whole year's supply, £3.99 (at the time of writing) is incredible value for money.Recommended.

I’ve started to take these supplements after a blood test showed my folic levels are low (probably because I’m a fussy eater and don’t eat any veg). You get 365 tablets was the recommended dose is 1 per day so you get a one year supply in a small resealable pouch. Good value for money.
