I am a busy Home baker and I am on my 3rd set of double ovens in 18 years! I wanted a commercial quality appliance, however my search for a residential version eluded me. While researching I came upon Koolmore on Amazon, I the did a great deal of comparison shopping with all the major appliance manufacturers, went to stores to check out the competitors. I checked for quality, functionality and affordability. I kept coming back to Koolmore product and the reviews about their success and extraordinary high ratings in the Commercial sector was enough to convince me this company, although NEW in the residential sector, might just be worth taking a chance on and hopefully will be my LAST set of ovens I will ever have to purchase! The ovens were shipped directly to my home with exceptional packing and crating. They are elegant and stylish. The quality of the doors, racks and keyboard are definitely commercial grade, exactly a product that can stand up to my excessive baking obsession. The only drawbacks are that the keyboard does not light up making the selection buttons more difficult to see in poor lighting. Also each oven only came with a single rack, where most other brands have 2-3 racks per oven. With that said, I did contact the Koolmore customer service and they ordered me two more racks at no charge! Customer Service was a true pleasure to work with, they are knowledgeable, professional and prompt to address any and all my concerns. I love my NEW Commercial grade and quality ovens. I use them nearly everyday and the products are always cooked Beautifully and delicious, not to mention quickly. I am hoping this company will remain committed to the residential sector and never change their high standards! I would love to see them add on to their product line and certainly would be a product tester and will definitely be looking to this company as my first choice for all my other appliance needs. You want a True quality product…look no further than Koolmore.

I purchased this oven to replace my old one. Install was simple and straightforward as was initial use. Follow the booklet instructions to run the oven on hot for awhile before using to burn off the manufacturing/shipping residues.I have had this oven a week and put it through it's courses: convection roasted pork loin, sourdough bread, home made pizzas using a ceramic baking stone, scones, cookies, purchased pizzas and roasted vegetables. I have also used it to proof sourdough bread which is amazing.The oven is beautiful, with large viewing windows and a bright light.I hadn't noticed that there is no element in the bottom; I've confirmed using thermometers that correct heat is produced and the bonus of easy wipe down without burning myself on the element is great.My only issue with the oven is the use of the time while the oven is on and running. The time works fine if the ovens are off. I have been in contact with KoolMore via email and they are working to figure this out via regular emails. This is a new product, I realize this but ordered it anyway since my husband recognized the company name from years of professional baking. I checked the KoolMore website and went ahead with my purchase.Also, I didn't notice there is only one rack in each oven. I emailed about this to get additional racks.I will update review when timer issue is resolved. All in all, I really like this oven a lot, and I am a picky customer.

This oven is stylish and brings my kitchen up to date. Koolmore is better known as a commercial brand so this is a residential version. So far, the controls are easy to operate. It has self cleaning function as well as the top oven has a convection option. So far, so good. Wish it came with more than one oven rack per oven. I really like this oven.

We were lured in by positive reviews. After install, we noticed the top door was out of alignment because the hinge pin snapped. The lower oven makes a terrible high pitched screeching noise when the fan kicks on. Now after less than four months, the top oven will not hold a temperature even though it says it's on. I contacted customer support and will update this review based on their response.

I was a little hesitant to purchase this product because I had never heard of the brand. After using this oven, it is the most user friendly one I have ever owned! Convection on top and regular on the bottom. It is perfectly calibrated, easy to use, well constructed, and overall beautiful! I highly recommend this oven to anyone who is searching for a new one. You will not be disappointed!

This oven is great! It preheats timely so no waiting around! I own a brownie business, so this is important! I've used it 4x and I'm very happy with the outcome of my product. That's always a concern with a new oven. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star rating is because the timer starts as soon as your desired temperature is reached and you can't adjust it. However, it was an easy fix. I just bought a dual magnetic timer from Amazon and stuck it on the oven. I know the residential line is new to Koolmore so hopefully this is something they can revamp in the future. But overall, I'm very pleased with my purchase and highly recommend!

This double oven has been a great addition to my kitchen. It took a bit of getting used to the top burners for cooking. But overall, I love all of the features! The only drawback I've found is each oven only comes with 2 racks, one for the top oven and 1 for the bottom. I would prefer 2 racks per oven, but that's a pretty simple fix.

Unfortunately, i have to give them product only 2 stars...what's the point of buying a double oven if it only comes with 2 racks...so basically i have a single oven. I wish i would have known i wouldn't have purchased this item bc it makes no sense
