I've used a couple of different water fountains over the years and this has been the best of them so far. With the internal LED, it is easy to see how much water is in the fountain any time you want to check. When the water level gets low, the fountain will make noise as the water pressure goes down, causing a sound similar to water running over stones. However, once the fountain is at least half full, the water flows quietly. The noise is a good reminder to add water, especially if the fountain is out of sight in a corner, or behind the arm of a couch, etc.The unit is easy to assemble, and fairly easy to clean. There is a sponge filter that fits directly over the pump intake, as well as the cartridge inserts to filter the water. Everything cleans up with hot water and a little soap (make sure you rinse all soap residue before putting the unit back in service). However, you will have to take a minute of two to pull cat hair out of the sponge filter, since the stuff that slips by the cartridge filter tends to get sucked into the sponge and has to be removed by hand.Other than having to pick some hair out of the sponge filter when cleaning the unit, the pump works great.I recommend this fountain to everyone who has pet watering needs. I would purchase this item again in the future.Make sure you get enough cartridge filters, since you should change them (and clean the unit) every couple of weeks.

My kitty absolutely loved this. Not only is it small and out of the way, it’s the perfect size for him. It has helped his drinking habits so much. It took him a couple days to get used to the fountain, but after, he started going to it 20 times per day. Water flow is calm but catches his attention enough to where he wants to drink!The noise is just a quiet water flow, which is actually calming to me. Such a good quality for this price!

Package arrived on time and the product was in good condition. No dents, rips, or missing pieces. Everything was as advertised and in good working order.What I like:The motor is quiet (as long as the basin is filled properly). The filter appears to trap/filter cat hair and medium size debris from entering the fountain part. The flower that can be added to the fountain works great and the water falls nicely without splashing. Easy to assemble and easy to clean. The light does a great job of making the fountain easy to see at night time. The color is a really nice teal and the flower part is cute.A minor inconvenience:I wish there was a switch so I could turn the fountain and light on/off instead of plugging in/out from the wall.However, for the price this is a great little fountain and filter. My cats do love it. They drink more water now that we have replaced their traditional water dish with this fountain. 🥰 Would recommend this product.

My cat loves it! Easy to put together and even easier to clean. I had another fountain where the motor didn’t come apart and it was so difficult to clean and my cat eventually stopped using it. Everything from the motor to the fountain parts detach easily for a quick, easy clean. The water flow is gentle and quiet. The added light is pretty and is a nice extra night light.

My kitten loves this item! He has trouble drinking from a bowl he likes to inhale through his nose 🤣 This was a perfect product for him and he uses it daily with no issues. The only issue I find with this item is the light at night is really bright and it still does produce a noise so my partner has troubles sleeping at night without a eye mask. The size of it is perfect for us and lasts awhile for our kitten.

This product is great for its purpose of keeping the water flowing. My cat loves it as she doesn't have to bend down to drink. The star demotion from 5 to 3 is because of the LED light inside the machine that can never be turned off. This makes it difficult at night when she sleeps in the room with me, and it's impossible to have a completely dark room. There is no off switch for the light, and I cannot remove it from the machine. Because of this, the fountain has to be off during the night. If this came with an on/off switch for the light but kept the fountain running, then I would say 5 stars.

Squeaks likes to play with his water leaving a mess. I tried a spout fountain but the the flow was short and in the center of the bowl. It was heavy which was good but as he grew he was able to lift it with his nose and make a mess again.Hubby and I did some research and this type of fountain seemed to be ideal. AND IT IS!It's smaller than the 1st fountain but the way it's designed hass reduced the amount of playing he does with it since the spout flows are higher with less effort on his part to drink. He can move it easy but the center is so deep it doesn't splash outside which is great!Full disclosure - Squeaks is a very inquisitive one so he found a way to disassemble the top but still no mess! I put it all back together and used a small amount of tape for the sides and now no issues! He still moves it a little but no disassemble and he drinks more!IT also comes with spare filters which is nice!The light can be situated where you like to place in the bowl as it's attached to the pump and plug as all one unit.The only thing that would make it better would be if I could unplug and recharge as needed since that enables flexibility with where it can be placed but it has to stay plugged in to work.I still give it 5 stars as its really cute, it comes in cool colors (I might get another) great price, and most importantly it solved our problem!I'll post a video when I get a chance. Get it if you can relate!Side note: I like the sound of the fountain water trickle, its peaceful. Keep it full and you'll have no issues.
